    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that with the click of a button, I can manage all my social media posts and see all the outreach and inbound reach it's giving me. It really helps manage my day-to-day as I cannot dedicate the time to all platforms. It's great that I can get my posts out to LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook, which not only saves me time but could also land me extra deals. The initial setup of SOCi was very, very easy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I wish I could do outreach directly with SOCi. Mass DM's/Following/Comments.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use SOCi to manage my social media as an insurance agent. It helps me know what to post and manage all platforms in one. With a click, I manage all posts and see outreach, saving time and possibly landing extra deals, especially with limited time.

    What do you like best about the product?
    A very easy way to respond to feedback left through reviews for your business. It also sends email updates when someone leaves a review.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Understanding the metrics and reporting can sometimes feel cluttered and difficult to follow, which makes it harder to quickly find what I need.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It allows us to post marketing content across multiple avenues quickly and effectively.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The social media side of things has been great. Being able to mass post to over 50 pages at a time is huge for a company our size. Pulling reviews into one location is nice as well, since it keeps everything in one place. The merge codes are really helpful, too. It’s super easy to use, and it’s easy to get other team members using it as well. We use it daily at my company.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There are very few review platforms that this uses. The support team is okay, and while they respond quickly, they almost never really help. Also, third-party site information updates very slowly. I understand that’s usually on the third party, but for a company the size of SOCi, you’d think they would have a direct connection with those companies.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The biggest one it solved was the mass posting for our dealerships on multiple social sites.

    Streamlined Google Review Management with AI Assistance

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love the custom AI responses that are generated in our brand voice, and I also love that we can input specific information like phone numbers or emails for customer service into our AI replies. It's great that I can approve and edit them, maybe add someone's name in if needed. The onboarding was pretty simple and nice because we were able to just give our brand voice, and SOCi took it from there. SOCi compiles all the Google reviews into one easy list for me, which makes managing around 100 different Google accounts more manageable and streamlined.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The toughest part for SOCi reviews right now for me is if a google user goes in and updates their review, SOCi doesn't always catch that and pull it into my list as a new review for me to update my response to.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    SOCi compiles all Google reviews into one easy list, preventing missed reviews and simplifying management. It streamlines my workflow, making it easy to keep up with 100 Google accounts and around 10 daily reviews without checking each profile individually.
