Platform is robust and can be difficult to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like the information you can get from there, but it should be better organized.

It is alot of info that should be compressed

I like SOCI for its ability to streamline and optimize social media management, making it easier to engage and manage content across multiple locations efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some issues I don’t like about SOCI include occasional glitches or slow response times that can impact efficiency, limited customization options for specific posts across different locations, and the challenge of integrating certain analytics or tools seamlessly into broader business strategies. Additionally, the platform can sometimes feel cumbersome when managing high volumes of content updates or complex campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci is a cool app for managing all your social media in one place. If you run a business or have a lot of accounts to keep track of, it’s super useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Soci is that it can feel a bit complicated for beginners, especially if you’re just looking for a simple way to post on social media. The app has a lot of features, and while that’s great for businesses, it can be overwhelming for someone who’s not familiar with social media management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solving marketing issues by streamlining social media management and improving team collaboration.

I love making one post and having post to all my pages.

Sometimes the sizing of pictures and videos will hender postings.

What do you like best about the product?
Once setup, SOCi has significantly reduced the amount of time required to update business hours and information, photos, and responding to online reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates for reviews could use refining, as they are not specific to my field of work so I often have to fine-tune the verbiage to sound more human and specific to my industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responding to reviews significantly reduces the amount of time I have to go to various sites to find and respond to reviews. Additionally, I spend less time auditing various websites since it is centrally managed.
SOCi has been a big time saver and helped our organic traffic with our Google Business Profiles
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi saves a bunch of time with their social media management tools. I'm able to post to all our property social media profiles from one screen, and get great insights from their Social Genius tool. Same with the Search Genius and its recommendations to improve our Google Business Profile's searchability and rankings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool can be a little overwheling at first, but with some experience and tips from the SOCi teams, it can be one of your most valuable assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem SOCi has solved for me is time management and taking the guess work out of what I do with their Social/Search Genius tools.

I like that it's very easy to use, and very easy to edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides. I don't have any issues using soci.
