Easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly having to copy and paste certain reviews. Like Grubhub.

Soci is benefiting me by allowing me to schedule posts freeing up more work time for me

Easy and convenient social media management and review management.
Convenient for multiple locations and busy schedules

I like that I can create my content calendar for multiple locations and schedule future posts in advance. Another feature I like is the AI generated review responses!

I dislike the lay out of the app and website

Soci makes managing social media marketing easy and simple!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to cross post to multiple social media platforms without needing to edit the formatting, but that's not a SOCI issue as much as it is the individual platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for us to quickly disseminate information to all of the families we serve as quickly as possible.

Makes posting easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI aspect. After posting on our business page over the years, I find the right description hard. With AI, I scroll through the suggestions and pick which one I prefer making my life easier.

The 'peak times' seem to be the same times regardless of the day

Suggested wording in social media posts
User friendly, but missing important features
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is very user friendly -- it's easy to schedule posts and rearrange them if necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how limited the carousel posts are. When posting a carousel in Instagram, I can include both images and videos; I can also post up to 15 different images/videos in one carousel. SOCI doesn't allow me to mix videos and images in one post, and it is limited to 9 images/videos per post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI helps us simplify our social media marketing by allowing us to schedule posts in advance as wells as post to multiple platforms all at once. This helps free up time that would have been spent going to each platform in order to post.
