Best Software!

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to learn and use. I was able to sign in and start using it without even looking at the training. All of my questions have been answered in a timely manner. I go in every day because I can't wait to see my results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could automatically add my contact information at the bottom of all content. Not everyone is computer savvy & that would help those users also contact me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving me time to put together travel without having to worry about getting content to my social media accounts.


Good product, company communication needs improvement

What do you like best about the product?
The platform does give an easy one-stop access to (most of) our review platforms for tracking, analysis and replying.
What do you dislike about the product?
paying for a product/service is a big ask of a customer. It's fine that you write it in your contracts that certain changes to your account will result in additional fees. I think that anytime fees are increasing or decreasing, this should still be communicated to the customer in real time as the changes are being requested/made. It is unreasonable to have a customer re-read their contract details everytime we are considering to make a change. The reminder is just good practice so the customer has the ability to review the actions they want to make fully informed, so they can decide to proceed or decline the changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us be more proactive in replying to our reviews on multiple platforms moe easily as well as track our improvements in response timeliness.

If you have multiple sites you want to post on, this is nice because you can do it all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have to log into the actual social media to take care of notifications, so I might as well just post from there also.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can utilize one platform to respond to our guests social media engagements and Google reviews. It makes my job a lot easier and is an efficient use of my time
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting was easier to use and that implementation for Yelp was more seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving us better control over our listings management and allows us to consolidate a lot of functions between channels which improves our efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to schedule posts and that it gives you peek times based on your trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the way stories and reels posts. Most people using social media want to see videos. We are not able to add music available on Instagram nor post the hastags or other available additions if we were posting directly on Instagram. Typically I will just post outside of Soci for 50-60% of my posts due to this limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to schedule posts and look at trends. We can also manage the review posts.
