What do you like best about the product?
How easy it was to navigate and the curriculum was spot on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasnt much I would change. I felt like everything so far was very smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are creating multiple uses for one site which is a benefit for me because everything I would generally need is all right in front of me.

It gives me the opportunity to showcase my school in a unique way.

They need to make it a bit easier to navigate for people that are not tech friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling function is good..............................
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Boosting a Facebook post does not work
2. Unable to connect multiple same platform Social Media accounts (want to connect 3 FB accounts, 2 LinkedIn accounts to post to). Can only connect 1 for each platform.
3. Converations / Reviews: Random failures when trying to block spam users. It should automatically block spam
4. Reports - need a lot of improvement
5. Sentiment Analysis - very confusing meter
6. Unable to post a combination of Photos + Video in the same post on FB / Instagram / LinkedIn
Overall, product needs a revamp.

What do you like best about the product?
Analytics that it gives for posts on social media and ease of scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a good content creator for social media. Having it all in one like PosterMyWall or Canva would make it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shows my weakness in engagement but let's me try different methods.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Genius Social, Genius Search, and Listings. It has made it a lot easier to manage multiple locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could manage Facebook groups. The Genius Social does not have group planning ability as of yet. It has to be done by location. Genius Social tends to have some bugs but it is still great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped by managing multiple locations in one platform and multiple business listings for each location.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the easy acces to post at such wide variety. They have great customer support and i frequently use the service on a weekly basis with my company. there is a large number of features that have easy integration. They are easy to implement into our companies needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no downsides to soci and have enjoyed my experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for all employees to easily acces and post on our media accounts.

Easy to use but could be improved

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts is very easy. The homepage is pretty user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Facebook posts are limited to ten photos. I've had to break up into two separate posts which decreases the visibility and makes it more difficult for our followers to, well, follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us get our business more advertisement and visibility.
