Easy to use, all my platforms in one location

What do you like best about the product?
all platforms in one location. Easy to set up. Makes you look like a posting rockstar.
What do you dislike about the product?
No info bubble pop up when hovering on a button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly posting quality posts acrross all my platforms consistently.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that there were so many things to learn and there are many ways to gain new knowledge/training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is SO much information that it's a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the word out on our social media platforms regarding what we're offering/our services.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and I like that I can plan my posts out in advance and see them in a month-view calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used a similar program before that allowed me to post the first comment on my posts but I don't believe that's an option in SOCi. I don't like to post hashtags in my caption and I prefer to post them in the first comment so that would be a nice feature to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to login to SOCi and schedule all of my posts at once than it is to login to multiple different platforms to post.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can send posts to multiple platforms at once! Can also work ahead and schedule posts
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating around can be difficult. There are so many tabs that I don't really use. Would be nice for customized dashboard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm the only one who post on social media so it makes it easy for me thag I don't have to go to individuals platforms to post. I can quickly post to all platforms

What do you like best about the product?
It also has a very good breakdown of peak activity. In addition I love the schedule a post feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negatives to say about Soci

It allows people to see what I do for the insurance industry in a lot of different ways to get the community at large to engage.

What do you like best about the product?
the best thing about SOCi is the scheduling tool, it makes the process simple and less overwhelming. It was very easy to set up and link all of my accounts and I scheduled all my posts for the month. I check it every few days just to see how my posts performed throughout the week and thats very insightful
What do you dislike about the product?
it feels like sometimes my analytics dont update very often
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi makes social media marketing much more accessible and straightforward for people that are just getting started and it really helps to relieve the stress that can come from having to plan out social media posts and your online reputation

What do you like best about the product?
It is a convenient way to manage your company and reach out to new people the people at the company are also super nice and have great service as well as switching to the platform was seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes require prior knowledge to know what you are doing

Having to wait for a response and allowing us to answer simple information 24/7

What do you like best about the product?
I like having everything in one spot. The social media calendar is also helpful. Soci also connected our social accounts very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you cannot respond to social media comments on Soci and that you cannot "collaborate" on IG posts so that the designers can add it to their pages. I feel like I have more function for those things by using FB Meta
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I reached out to our account manager when we first integrated because I was not able to tag designers. The feature was not available yet and he got it running in less than 24 hours!
