What do you like best about the product?
You can see the community outreach in the app. Very easy to upload posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I don't like about it. It does log me out a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule posts so I don't have to remember posting everyday.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCI is always prompt to report reviews when received. I am also pleased with the responses selected to send back to the person submitting the reviews. It is just good to know that there is a tool put in place to help keep the community and prospects happy. CUDOS for your service!!!

There is nothing that I dislike about SOCI.

Soci is there to monitor and receive issues and complaints for a quicker response.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling and ease of posting. It's so nice to plan your month for a day or so, and not have to think about it. It's well worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't post to all my pages at the same time without a little extra work. It's tricky to post to all pages together, and it's too much extra work to copy and paste every post to each locations page. It's just a bit more tedious. However, I'm having an issue regarding someone changing my businesses' hours. It's very annoying and it's showing one of my businesses closed during open hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time. Lots of time due to scheduling in advance. It's very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
It does make it very easy to plan, post, and review social content, especially with having multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. I can not post onto Facebook stories.
2. The SOCi score for a posted post can be very confusing to understand and grasp why it got the score it did.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to manage and make sure all four of my accounts are doing well.

What do you like best about the product?
I am new to SOCI but I am excited to start. I have heard good things so far about the ease of use and helpful tips.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user, I have no complaints at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once I start using , I am hoping that is closed the gap for social media blocks we run into.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been so helpful to make sure we are posting updates to our families! It makes it easier for us to post one update to all social media using one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to be able to upload more than 10 pictures and videos!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were unconsistent with posting the great things we do on our social medias. Since using SOCi we have posted 3 times per week with ease!

What do you like best about the product?
Alright, so I gave SOCi a shot for managing multi-location marketing, and it's… okay?

SOCi has potential, it needs some work to make it more accessible. Giving it a solid 6/10 – has potential, but only if you’re willing to work with its quirks!
What do you dislike about the product?
it’s not exactly user-friendly. There’s a learning curve, and some of the features feel kind of clunky to use. If you're not super into digital marketing or techy stuff, you might get frustrated with it pretty quickly. And the AI features? Cool in theory, but they don’t always nail that “local” touch you’re looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the voice and media consistent on social media.
