It has been a good experience so far, yet, I dont like that I am not able to edit instagram post.

I can schedule post. It is benefitial and time effective.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that i can manage everything in one place. I dont have to keep switiching apps or websites to post the same content. It has saved me time and money. Very easy to use, integrate, implement to the rest of the marketing staff. I like how I can log in everyday and learn someting new.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could approve the postings sent from corporate. Right now im not sure who the admin of the account is and it has stopped postings in the past. After reaching out to customer support, i have been able to manualy post the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to communicate with our guest on a different level. see what their needs are based on what they say online has been a game changer for our review scores.
Finally feel connected.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is so easy to use. I love the scheduling feature because I can just sit down one day, plan out the month and it'll do it's thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't tag anyone or any of the community events we're supporting.

Being able to spotlight our community.

Great overall, but no support for reels
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, intuitive even if you have not used a similar service. Calendar and scheduler are simple enough to use. Same applies to creating post, integration with Canva, as well as metrics, and other integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to post and schedule reels and videos to YouTube, don't know if it's at all possible, but it would be a great feature to have in the future.
Also integration to Threads which seems to be growing as a social network.

It is a tremendous help with posting to socials

Soci is extremely user friendly. It helps you navigate your reviews on all social media platforms. it's quick and easy to respond to reviews and allows you to see how the surround competition is doing! A+

All features all helpful. Do not have a least helpful feature.

Breaks down female to male engagment. This is benefit to me to see our target audience.
