What do you like best about the product?
It makes responding to reviews across all locations so easy. The overall management of each locations business information and the consistency in which it shows on platforms is beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't post videos to Google Business Profile. Edits to business information do not happen in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's resolving the issue with information consistency and brand consistency on a per location basis but also franchise wide. It also helps us keep up with SEO.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy, user-friendly platform that aggregates real-time feedback across the three major review sites and gives our teams the ability to communicate with their guests instantly through one simple tool. The listing management software was very thorough and simple and we feel has been very beneficial for our presence across the thousands of listing sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were better tools to alert us of issues (ie. failed social feed connections, inconsistent listing). Often times we find the issue and bring them to support to be worked through after finding those issues through our management teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a simple online reputation aggregator that gives our users reviews from the 3 major sites (Google, Facebook, and Yelp) to one place for our teams to respond to the reviews individually. As a group, we provide the teams with monthly reporting to see where they stack up vs their peers.

The Local Listings Management tool is a very simple tool that took some time to set up initially, but has been fairly hands free since.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service - response rate is quick and issues are usually resolved
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a few reminders to get things on track or get an update. Also, some of the functionality we were promised doesn't always work that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-location management, SEO insights, listings issues

What do you like best about the product?
The team is willing to work to fit your needs. Open communication and easy onboarding. Very educated team!
What do you dislike about the product?
The training of the dashboard wasn't as in-depth as it needed to be. I still don't know where to find things. The trainings provided are too word heavy and lengthy. Need hands on training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have the manpower to post to all of our property's social media and respond to all reviews. Soci is making sure all platforms are accurate and being managed.

What do you like best about the product?
We've had a great experience using SOCi! The platform is user-friendly and makes it easy to manage our social media presence across multiple properties. The scheduling tools, analytics, and ability to monitor reviews in one place have saved us so much time. Their support team is also responsive and helpful whenever we need guidance. Highly recommend SOCi for any property management team looking to streamline their marketing efforts!
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve occasionally encountered some bugs or glitches within the platform that slow things down, especially when trying to publish or view analytics. It’s nothing major, but it does interrupt workflow at times. Overall, the experience has been positive, and the support team is helpful when issues come up. Looking forward to continued improvements!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us manage multiple property profiles efficiently across platforms like Facebook, Google, and Instagram, all from one place. It solves the challenge of keeping content consistent, responding quickly to reviews, and staying on top of community engagement.
The biggest benefit is the time saved and organization improved. Instead of logging into separate platforms, our team can schedule posts, monitor messages, and pull performance reports in just a few clicks. It keeps everything streamlined and helps us maintain a strong, responsive online presence for each property.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about using SOCi is how user friendly it is! With so many people on my team, it is easy to showcase the software and have everyone be pros in no time. With its easy-to-use interface, managing large teams and large portfolios are a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although customer support is quick to respond, I usually end up fixing issues on my own. Thankfully, there are so little issues that a quick fix can be made by an administator in no time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows a large portfolio with many staff to be handled with ease. Marketing is all under one roof and easy to access, locate, and execute campaigns. With this, you don't have to remember dozens of logins and spend hours reviewing information separately -- it is all in one place and easier to access and manage than ever! Their Genius features make SEO a breeze, and traffic has increased due to it!
