Perfect, Easy to use Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I was very pleased with the social media scheduling calander. This was something that I wanted to set up for some companies I have worked for but did not know there was a platform that took care of it for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there is no real website design. While the product is easy to use, and the customer support is spot on, there is no way to make it feel like my own site. I want to be able to incorperate my brand onto our site and have more access to the controls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to post on multiple social media sites to continue outreaching to my community is time consuming and tiring, SOCi alliviates this tedious step by integrating all the platforms onto one screen.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is by far hands down the best part of SOCi.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Post now feature only allowing 30 minutes for the Admin to approve the post before being removed from the queue is waaaaaaay too short of a time frame.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Soci is that you can post on all your platforms. I personally do not have social media accounts so I can't post through them myself, but I have an account on Soci so I am still able to manage them. Soci also has a checklist to remind you of things you need to get done. I can get notifications right to my phone for a review or comment that needs addressing. It was very easy to link my accounts. You can also create posts days or weeks ahead of time, and even create events or contents, and Soci will randomly select a winner for you. I have not had the need to use customer support, because the site has been easy to manage myself so far. By the way there is an app which works great and is easy to post photos that way. We use Soci every week to post, and ass needed to respond to reviews. Thanks Soci AND Soci Go.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like about Soci is that you can't see who is liking/sharing your posts and comments. You have to go to the platform directly to see that but it makes sense for privacy reasons probably. I know there are more ways I could be utilizing Soci, I just have looked at them too much. Maybe if there would be classes that would be great.

Soci helps us to manage all our social accounts in one place, benefiting us by saving time and reminding us when there is something we need to address.
Easy review responses. Social media posting could use work
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to reply to all of our reviews in one place. I really enjoy that it populates a reply as well since responding to bad reviews can be hard especially if it makes you emotional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of the integration to social media and using versions of soci without content included. I want to post to instagram as well and can no loner do that. I wish all packages came with content pre loaded. I currently don't have that with my company and really miss it.

Easy to use and the template responses make it a breeze to keep in touch with our customers

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is an incredibly user-friendly platform, especially when accessed online. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it a great tool for managing social media and marketing efforts. However, the mobile version is a bit more complicated and could benefit from some simplification.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate the recent update for its improvements in functionality and features. However, I'm not particularly fond of the new color scheme. The dark version was much easier on my eyes, and I find myself missing it with the new update.
Overall, SOCi is a solid platform with a few areas that could use some tweaking, particularly on mobile and in terms of color options.

It's a great tool but lacking some important features
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can post in multiple platforms at the same time. The social rating is really good though I'm not sure how that is gaged. It is nice to be able to respond directly in Soci over having to go into each platform. As a franchise it is a great place to keep all of the content together for all of us to view.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are using video creative for one platform and it is not allowed on the other you have to create two seperate posts. It does not integrate with Canva so you can pull directly from the app. It doesn't allow for different copy in each platform if are able to use the same creative piece (static image). There are no hashtag or time suggestions. The time suggestions make no sense. I enter "peak time" and it always goes to 6 am?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of time efficiency. Being able to post in multiple platforms on one platform makes it easier. It is nice to have franchise social to grab in one place.
Concise program
What do you like best about the product?
The tools are kept in a concise manner making it easy to find what you need. It is easy to create libraries for your planned social media posts. Very easy to set up and share posts. It is very helpful to be able to observe feedback from clients in the insights section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insights take a while to propagate shortly after launch. Seems to only use what is being posted/reviewed from the start date on and ignores any previous reviews. Need to be careful about what is flagged as 'negative." Unsure of how the SOCi score works for social media posts as even my fully engaged posts score as a 0.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not currently working with SOCi to solve any problems.
SOCi is a great social marketing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
With SOCi, it's easy to edit and manage social posts and, even when I am too busy to add my own content, my socials are still active with new posts!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish SOCi would fill the calendar a month at a time for easier managment of edting and posting schedules.

SOCi helps keep my travel page active even when I get too busy helping my travelers with their travel plans. It benefits me with ensuring my travel page is seen every day by current clients and potential clients, helping me grow my business.
