Multiple options to reach out to social media customers all at one place.

It's confusing and facebook is not linking correctly. My reviews for one business are going to another business.

SOCi is a great tool for an all-in-one marketing solution

It's a little confusing at first but the more times you use it, the easier it becomes.

I work for a franchise with multitple locations, so this helps me organize my thoughts on where I should be focused on.
Platform is robust and can be difficult to navigate

Some issues I don’t like about SOCI include occasional glitches or slow response times that can impact efficiency, limited customization options for specific posts across different locations, and the challenge of integrating certain analytics or tools seamlessly into broader business strategies. Additionally, the platform can sometimes feel cumbersome when managing high volumes of content updates or complex campaigns.
