I don't think they are hands on like hearsay was.
What do you like best about the product?
I DON'T LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT SOCI. I THINK THEY SIMPLY TOSS STUFF OUT THERE AND MAKE NO EFFORT TO ASSIST THE AGENT OR THEIR WEBSITE.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel they do anything to assist agents. We have to do EVERYTHING!

NOT SOLVING A THING!

What do you like best about the product?
That everything is located in one place. It is also easy to use.

It would b e nicer to have a more flexable contract.

I love that there are generated responses to positve and negative reviews. It really helps when you have several to respond to and you have them all in one place.

As a corporate version much of our info appears canned or not humanized enough. multiple people posting the exact same post at the same time

For some of our non tech savvy agents to be able to use some of the more common social media pltforms

I love being able to schedule posts in advance! Also the ability to post to multiple platforms all from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
That if you accidentally post something that you meant to schedule you can't delete it if it has posted.

Allowing ease to post to multiple sites and scheduling in advance.

It puts all of your companies social media pages in one place and allows for streamlined posting, thus saving lots of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The actual interface could be a bit more user friendly, but it didn't take too long to get the hang of.
