Time Saver

What do you like best about the product?
I can schedule posts for all of my social media & Google in one place. I can also schedule a time to post based on when I know my customers are more active. The scheduling feature allows me to set up posts once a week or once a month instead of several times a week. I can also access the app on my phone when I am attaching photos, and I can have my staff download the app if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not always notified when a new review has been posted. As a franchisee, I cannot respond directly to reviews, but my franchisor overlooked a review in the past and I only noticed because I was clicking through everything on SoCi when it normally shows in the dashboard. I would appreciate a notification when reviews have been written so that I can see how customers feel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci allows me to see all my reviews in one place and if they have been responded to. It also saves me time by making one post for several platforms and cross-posting.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to make suggestions and recommendations to your field units directly to their calendar and scheduler. It makes it easy for the teams to develop content calendars if needed. Set up was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clunky approval system; this could be streamlined better. Additionally, the full service approval system could be streamlined better. This makes it hard to utilize frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling for multi-unit locations with a small marketing team.

What do you like best about the product?
How you have everything in one place, I do marketing and sometimes wearing different hats can get pretty overwhelming, but when you get tools like SoCi where you can reply yo reviews, post on social media and just overall see your brand, it just makes everything easier!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm pretty satisfied for the moment, really liked the new AI reply to reviews, so for no I wouldnt change anything nor do I have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage two locations so it's pretty helpful that they have the group tool, where I don't have to post everything twic.e

The easiest way to post on multiple platforms!

What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive and simple it is to post on multiple social media platforms to promote our community! Instead of being a chore, Soci implements the perfect platform to post on several things at once, making it easy to tweak here or there depending on the post, and having the option to post from pre-approved posts created from our company as well. This has made this part of my job in property management so much easier. We use it daily for Facebook, Google Business, and Instagram. It was incredibly easy to get started once RPM took over our community, and I received fast responses from customer support each time I had any issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet encountered any, the ease of use far outweighs any annoyances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps relieve the workload of posting in multiple places to promote our community, saving time and making money.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about SOCi is the walkthrough experience tailored to my needs specifically as an administrator for my company. I know exactly what I want to do, and SOCi helps guide me to complete my tasks in a timely and functionally easy way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of SOCi is that I could see how overwhelming having multiple locations could be- thankfully I only have one location to handle- but with the amount of information provided I could see it becoming easily overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving my problem of what to post, when to post, how to create more interactions through social media, and how to manage and control all of the inflow of data and information. It helps me do my job in a streamlined way, where before I felt like everything was a chaotic mess.

What do you like best about the product?

The reporting features make it easy to track performance and spot trends, which is super valuable for optimizing future content. Plus, SOCi’s tools for maintaining brand consistency across different locations help ensure our messaging stays cohesive. It’s also great for team collaboration, especially when multiple people are involved in content planning and approvals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn’t much I dislike about SOCi. If I had to pick something, it would be that there’s a bit of a learning curve at first just because there are so many features—but once you get the hang of it, it’s incredibly user-friendly and efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping solve the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts across different brands and locations all in one place. Instead of jumping between platforms or spreadsheets, I can schedule, monitor, and report on everything from a single dashboard. It’s saved me tons of time, improved our content consistency, and made collaboration across the marketing team way more seamless. Plus, the built-in analytics help us make smarter decisions about what’s working and what’s not.
