its a great tool to connect with other users to give out point of view, or just leave a nice message of gratitude for any type of service provied by any company. Knowing where it is a safe zone to adquire a service.

like any other review service, its not the system but the people who can open accaunt to just leave hate messages.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been an invaluable tool for Office Pride Commercial Cleaning of Pensacola. This social media management platform allows us to efficiently schedule posts across all our social media channels, ensuring our unique local voice is consistently heard. What do you dislike about the product?
While SOCi has been an excellent tool overall for Office Pride Commercial Cleaning of Pensacola, we found the "Discovery" tab to be the least helpful feature. This tab is designed to help users find news articles and blogs to post on social media, but the suggested posts are rarely related to our industry. As a commercial cleaning company, it's crucial that the content we share is relevant and engaging to our audience. Unfortunately, the Discovery tab falls short in providing industry-specific content, making it less useful for our social media strategy. We hope to see improvements in this area to better cater to niche markets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has been a game-changer for Office Pride Commercial Cleaning of Pensacola, especially in solving our biggest challenge: pre-scheduling social media posts across multiple platforms. This feature allows us to efficiently plan and schedule our posts for the week, the month, or even multiple months in advance. The ability to manage all our social media content in one place has saved us a significant amount of time and effort, ensuring our presence remains consistent and engaging. I like that I am able to post to mulitple social media accounts from one website.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I create a post on a different site I find it more difficult to utilize that post on Soci.

SOCI is very user friendly & has a ton of options & features to choose from to make a great, eye catching post.

So far I haven't run into any issues with SOCI, it's been a very positive experience.

It's a great platform to get out on Google my business & Facebook to let residents & prospects know what offers & or availibilty we have at 2 of our apartment locations.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SOCi is the ability to manage multiple locations on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Its features are easy to use once trained, and is always coming out with something new that's helpful for our marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first glance, the platform is a beast with a lot of features and can be overwhelming at the start. Once you understand all of the product areas and their capabilities, it becomes easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small marketing team with many locations to manage social for. SOCi has been our main tool for scheduling content, responding to engagements, and pulling reports, and served as an asset library for us for the past 2 years.
Easy to use and so helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can set my calendar for the month and just forget about it. I dont have to manage each of our social pages seperately anymore, they are conveniently connected. It has cut my time in half and I couldnt be happier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of anything that I would change currently. All of the features that I need are available and easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that all of my reviews and socials are in one location. This cuts my management time in half. I can easily respond to clients, check up on engagement and schedule posts with just a few clicks.
