Access to all of my socials in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
Using SOCi is very convenient and easy to use! I really like that myself and my staff are able to access all of our social media pages through this one platform. Would definitely recommend it to other apartment communities!

There's nothing to dislike on this platform. I truly enjoy it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us track, manage and post on our reputation and social sites all in one place! Very easy to use as well.
SOCI Simplifies My Business Day
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of dealing with multiple channels and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a learning curve to get over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use for all of the above but I think I appreciate easily managing customer feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly it is. I love how I can schedule posts for all our social media all at one time to post at a specific date and time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had an AI function to help write the posts. I currently write it in ChatGPT the copy and past it to SoCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it a lot for marketing our property and our property's amenities and staff.
Soci has made it possible for me to have consistent social media presence with ease and automation.

Automation of the social media posts. It is also great that you can edit posts in teh Soci platform.

The set up wasn't as easy as I thought it should be

What do you like best about the product?
It is a super easy platform to use to schedule posts to more than one social media platform at a time. It is super convenient, easy to use and manage, and has helped tremendously to reach out to more individuals. I use it pretty frequently to schedule out in advance, plus it shows you insights and peaks times to post. Highly recommended!

I am unable to post GIFs on LinkedIn and IG

less time needed to schedule posts , more time for other things

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it makes social media posting simple and you can create your own content to upload in there
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it didn't look so stock photo like, but that's probably more on my company, not SOCi. The scoring system is a little weird and I wish I knew what exactly went into that score because I have some posts that seem like they should have a higher score and then some with a high score that don't make sense
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of social media efficiency. It's beneficial to me in times when I just want a quick post, but also great that it accesses multiple platforms at one time
Best Social Media Insights
What do you like best about the product?
The overall coverage it allows me to have over every one of my social media accounts at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think their mobile application could use some further development to speed up the navigation through the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of having to log in and work within each social media platform at once. SOCi allows me to do all the things in one place!
Seamless Experience, by far
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have a dashboard that shows what all of your platforms are doing is the best feature thus far. For those that use Facebook Ads, it even shows what your total and Daily Spend is and that is also important to see where your advertising dollars go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that SOCi is still a bit "clunky" when it comes to Social Media Platforms. It's still hard to get some of my other platforms to connect with the program. That comes with the territory as that's something that will always be difficult to master.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is definitely handling the problem of Multi-Platform Social Media Management. Once again, it is always hard to master that, but the features that are working seem to support my efforts really well.
Creative and Consistent Social Media Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I am always looking for simple and easy ways to post creative content to my social media sites for my travel agency. Soci has definitely made it easy to schedule amazing travel photos and video to my accounts! I feel that our social media presence is much more consistent now that we use Soci. It also gives the flexiblity to chose the content that best fits our brand and services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that many travel agents/agencies have also begun to use Soci, so there are times when I am posting the same thing as many other agents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Soci, I was posting to social media less often and the content of posts was more limited. Soci has helped our feed acheive a higher frequency of posts to our followers while featuring more destinations and travel options.
Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to post acros multiple platforms all at once is super helpful. Not only that, but I can also respond to online reviews from different sources all in one place. And the integration with Canva to create dynamic posts to increase user engagment is also a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the various platforms can become disconnected from your account so you have to always double check your posts are going to all of your different social media platforms.

Being able to connect with users all in once place helps me save time
