easy and effective

Highly Recommend SOCI
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE that you are able to schedule posts in advance using the calendar feature. I run social media platforms for several properties in my area and the ease of using the groups feature helps so much when I need to share one generic flyer across multiple properties facebook pages. The library feature is great for when others are helping schedule posts in my absence. I also like being able to respond to reviews in SOCI. The customer support has been fanstastic! I use SOCI daily and the ease of implementing posts is a huge help! It is very easy to integrate all of your social media pages together and saves so much time because it is allowing you to post to all of your socials at one time with a click of a few buttons!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have not found anything that I dislike about Soci. I've had a great experience using it for the last year!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci allows us to respond to reviews in one area vs. having to toggle back and forth through multiple social media platforms. Several properties in our area have new members that are now social media savvy or haven't had time to learn Soci yet. The multiple property access and group functions allows other team members to help other properties post.

navigating the notifications. I want faster notifications. Am seeing notifications from Google that someone left a review- but waiting 3 days with Soci.

Haven't seen anything yet- still a new user. Like having everything in 1 place as I have stated before

Some of the posts can be a little cheesy. Wish they werent so generic

I love SOCI! It is an excellent tool for managing social networks, allowing you to maximize yor production time.

It should be a simpler and eye-friendly tool.

Soci makes it easy to track our company reviews.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to see the most used words.

It takes a little while to get used to, but once you do it's super easy.

SOCi gives me the control I need
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi gives me the control I need to manage all of the relevant social media accounts in one location. I love being able to quickly respond to reviews which helps your rank with the various algorithms. Fantastic platform.

I haven't found any yet. As I said, SOCi offers me the exact tools I was looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary thing I was looking for was help quickly responding to reviews. It is so critical to be quick with the responses.

I appreciate the ablitlty to post on differnet platforms in one place. So easy!

Easy to use and very accessible. It's integrated into our system so analytics do not need data entered.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be better designed to be specific to the industry.

It is multifaceted so I don't need to visit multiple platforms to get all the infomation.
