What do you like best about the product?
The Ability to schedule multiple post on multiple platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish you had easier steps to add other social media platforms.

Facebook getting our name and product out. Without causing us to much time.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tools is most helpful and the libraries help me connect with assets from my corporate marketing team. The learning scale is challenging in understanding how to use but once figured out, I have enjoyed managing the social media content. This program support daily, monthly, and yearly edits and has been a main reason our company is able to post consistently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Facebook Stories cannot be scheduled. Instragram posts cannot be deleted. The system is not integrated with LinkedIn. Also, editing pictures without Canva is not useful. There are no notes or space savers to set reminders, create goals, place ideas on the scheduler. The library system and understanding how to post took several attempts before becoming a regular habit. Accounts have re-synced incorrectly causing some posts to be scheduled for other profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facebook Meta Business only allows scheduling a month ahead. SOCi allows me the opportunity to always be ahead no matter how far ahead I might need it.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, no glitches, works 99% of the time on all the platforms that I have set up on it, straight forward and very helpful platform for running business social media pages!
What do you dislike about the product?
Linking the social platforms is a little tricky but once they're set up it's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place to post on all platforms - saves a lot of time!!

Easy to use and navigate

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that posting on SOCi also goes on all my social medial outlets, its very easy to use and navigate to customize it to my needs. I love the schedule ahead feature so i can do all my posts over the weekend, and add to them as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure how to edit a post once its schedule to be posted, the dashboard and the statistics, as well as the meaning of all of that data is not alwasy self explanatory so its hard, at least for me to, customize my page to target a specific audience or use the data analytics to decrease/increase our investment and see which campaign gives the best ROI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access to posting and quickly done. It also is allowing us to target a specific audience and incrase our web presence.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to update your listings with a bulk edit feature. With one platform you can update multiple directories

I faced issue with my apple listings which were connect with the platform. But team helped to sort the issue

I am managing more than 50 locations listing. With help of SOCI I can update multuple directories at one click

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using SOCi services for my travel business for a few months now and the content and ease of use is great. It's a huge departure from my previous marketing affiliation - and the premium options seem to get good traction with my existing clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far - the product is as described and paid for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me the freedom and confidence to know that my social media content is handled and that I don't need to worry if the content is fresh or current.

Great tool to stay organized and pre-plan posts!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule posts for the future, post events, respond to comments and reviews, and more all in one place. I also like the Instagram story option! Soci is easy to navigate and stay organized for all social items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to preview posts so I can see what the photo guidelines look like if the file is too large. (There may be a way to do this that I just haven't discovered yet)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule posts for future dates and knowing they will post keeps me organized and I like that the admin can leave me comments on how to better my posting. It is much easier than remembering to post every day. It also keeps me up to date on responding to reviews and comments. The AI tool in the review response is also a great additon!

What do you like best about the product?
I find that SOCI has really made navigating the social media world so much easier. All of the platforms are right there so you can just make one post and it will be posted to all of your accounts. It was pretty easy to get started as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to call someone and speak to someone right away when i have a problem instead of emailing the problem and then having to wait.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me by saving me time!

What do you like best about the product?
This a great tool for companies to get assets posted!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, we carry a lot of brands, and until they all use Soci, it makes it difficult to maintain posting for all brands when only one is using Soci.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With over 100 brands, it's nice that posts can be preset to bring forward what's new.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Soci compiles all of my social media platforms into one home base. This removes wasteful time flipping back and forth between platforms to ensure streamlined content. I also like that I can schedule my posts a month in advance and I can streamline the posts between each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've noticed that is inconvinient is that once I post something to a social media platform, I cannot delete or edit the post on SOCI, I have to enter that post separately on the individual platoform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving, this allows me to focus my energy on other parts of the business.
