What do you like best about the product?
It's nice to have a platform that gathers all of your social media info to one site
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to really dislike. It provides all of the services needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated posting for LinkedIn, Facebook, social media.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support team has been really helpful with any hang-ups - from an initial bug in the system in getting all the social platforms in to helping to keep me up to date on when Corporate library would be updated with new content. I love being able to easily schedule posts at the peak times, and that most things are laid out in an easy to use way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs an update on how the libraries track usage of content within. Sometimes it says we've used all the content but when I open up the library I'll see I have new and never used posts available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not solving problems so much as helping streamline things by having everything all together and having the libraries categorized is nice too.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Soci is a one-stop shop for social media platforms. We can quickly connect with our residents on most platforms. We also receive reviews through SOCI, which is a great tool for feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say. SOCI has been one of the best marketing tools I have used, and I have used quite a few different ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI is helping is navigate what the needs of our residents are and how to connect with them through social media

What do you like best about the product?
We love SOCi! It is very easy to use and it takes the hassle out of keeping up with all our social media platforms. I love that it has curated content that you can use or that you can load your own to add some personalization. I encourage all of our agents to use SOCi as it will save them time and make their social platforms look great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure that I'd say this is least helpful but it definitely takes some time to figure out the administrative panel. I am the admin for SOCi for our whole company and it was not very intuitive initially. But once you work your way around the platform and take the time to learn it, I really like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly, we use SOCi for social media management and posting. It helps us maintain activity on all of our platforms even when we don't have time to create content ourselves. Several of our agents are also using it for this purpose and their feedback is great. They love the platform.
