All in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that all of my social media accounts can be managed in one place. I can also respond to my reviews as well as schedule posts cutting my marketing time in half.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it to do craigslist and have a place to also create content like Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can access all my accounts and respond faster.
Helps make social media easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can go in each week and adjust the messaging to be consistent with my brand. It makes the whole social media posting a little easier. It's easy to get set up and use the product and it helps me reduce the time I spend marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't easily choose the suppliers or frequency of supplier posts. Making that self-select would be the biggest thing I would change. Also, maybe having options for posts based on specialties (i.e. groups, adventure travel, women's travel, LBGTQ+, etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not being a marketing pro, it's helpful to have some preplanned content available for me to have automatically added to my social media. It's a time saver and I am very grateful for the opportunity to use the platform.
Soci makes social media easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule social media posts for multiple accounts in the same place. The libraries are also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some automatically scheduled posts are repeated among similar accounts at the same time on the same day.

Easy to create and schedule social media posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to edit the captions for each video! Super easy
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything yet, but if there is then I'll be sure to let you know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel that SOCI is solving my engagement problem. I didn't know how to get our agency out there and I'm glad to have it.

Easy and Efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
This program is incredibly user friendly! Anyone can use it! I also love the analytics it provides on you posts
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit difficult to make changes and adjustments to posts since I am not an admin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes the guessing game out of page performance. And the ability to schedule posts ahead of time is a game changer

i love that I can schedule across all the social platforms I have connected. Easily done with a few clicks. Easy to use my own graphics, or if I need ideas, they have pre-done posts through Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices

More easily done video posting across multiple platforms

I am new to soci, but I love it so much! Its user friendly and it keeps everything in one centralized location! Definitely reccomend for any business!

Having our reviews, socials, etc all in one central location is great! Im able to schedule posts, it has really taken the annoyance out of posting on social media!

At the be beginning it can be not as "user friendly" as one would like.
