Automated Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to set up my social media posts in advance. I spend a few hours once a month going through to schedule and it posts when I want it to without having to login everyday. Gives me time back to be with my clients all while staying in front of potential ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more libraries of template posts and those that are more closely relevant to the real estate market. More variety overall would be great as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time in having to post everyday. I can schedule in advance and not have to worry about it. Gives me more time to spend with clients or pursuing new clients

Being able to see your status accross different social media groups and closely monitor reviews

Sometimes a bit hard to navigate through the app

Easy to schedule and manage content for multiple social media platforms in one location. Enables and simplifies reputation management too!

If you make a mistake and post - it goes quickly to all your sites too, so be careful and proof read before submission!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes multiple platform social media posting so easy.
SOCi is a super convenient one-stop shop for our teams, who are not marketing experts.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's a one-stop shop for all of our daily marketing needs! Our teams can create designs through Canva, schedule posts, respond to reviews, and update office hours all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the survey platform was better geared for multifamily. I'm grateful for the recent Yardi integration, but some of our communities use a different Property Management Software; it would be nice to have full integration capabilities. Also, the Canva integration doesn't pull in our Brand Kits. That would be a valuable addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in Property Management and we rely on our on-site teams to market their communities. SOCi has given even the least experienced marketers the tools to be successful!

Ease of Integration is ok will automaticlly post to Facebook but when you look on Facebook management page it does not show up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ease of use is difficult, and takes awhile to learn and has limited topics to pick from

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we are able to manage a large scale of locations reviews & easily. The reporting is also very helpful in understanding what locations need work to rank better on google.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports feel a bit limited, but our CSM has been awesome about directing us to where and how to find the information we need to export and manually manipulate.

I like the insights and tools that SOCi offers. They really help determine what marketing strategies work best.

I don't like posting to social media through SOCi. They often upload with poor quality.

Soci makes it easier to plan social media content.
Great tool to help manage your social media posts to save you valuable time
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi posts a variety of posts to multiple platforms. It helps keep me relevant on all the sites. I also like that I can chose which suppliers or type of travel I market. I love the fun, playful posts and the ones that recognize National Days. I like how easy it is to use as well, once you link your platforms it does the posting for you!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it be challenging to see the calendar of upcoming posts. I woudl like a way to select a supplier to feature one week or month. Maybe have some more reels and stories to share too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me be relevant in ways I am not as familiar with. THere are reels and videos that are trendy at times that I'm not as familiar with to keep me relevant in the industry.

Multiple programs are accessible through one platform and it's easy to use!

The login process as it sends a text to my phone every time.

Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great way for our main consortium office to be able to provide tools for us to utilize within our social channels. As a small business it can be difficult to commit the time to creating and posting different, engaging content. This makes things so much simpler!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning some of the in's and out's of the system. I know we can do IG stories, but I feel like there could be a way to make it more of an engaging story. However, like I said, still learning how to use it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to make the most out of our time. As I mentioned, it can be difficult to commit the time/resources to social media when you're running a smaller business, so this helps with that issue.
