Easy to Use, One Stop Shop
What do you like best about the product?
Much needed! As someone who does not use Facebook in my personal life it is wonderful to have a tool that makes posts without needing a personal handle to connect to. Easy access to canva to drop your logo on anything or make a cute design and you can schedule out as far as your creative mid will let you :)
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is not being able to delete previous posts/drafts. They are past date un=posted content that display on my dashboard and I would love a delete draft/post button on it. Can only "schedule post" or cancel by selcting them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great having all platforms on one dashboard, and the "auto"response for reviews that you can build off from or edit.
Everything in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how all my statistics are in one place. I can see everything from the dashboard. I like being able to reply to reviews in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be overwhelming to navigate.

It helps me stay on track monitoring our social media pages.
Total Business Game-Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I own 4 business locations that depend heavily on social media. Each business has its own Instagram, Facebook, yelp, and Google account. Needless to say, the complexity of managing all of these separately would be way too much and too time-consuming to make sense. Soci Has been a total game changer! It's super easy to schedule for all four accounts together or separately and I really love how easy it is to respond to reviews. I highly recommend this tool to help businesses save time and manage their social private profile more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve has been a little tough for us, and it would be fantastic to be able to schedule multiple stories together for a single day. Additionally, we really, really really need to have the ability to see the Instagram layout of our schedule posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to more efficiently post social media content.

I like that it connects to mulitple platforms like GMB. Customer support has been great.

It's a little clunky compared to other platforms

Best way to see the Media
What do you like best about the product?
Seeing all my companies at one time! Love being able to get notifications to my email and respond to my center quickly. Easy of use and implementation.

There is nothing that i currently dislike about the plateform. New user.

CONVIENT FOR MANAGING SOCIAL MEDIA
What do you like best about the product?
ABILITY TO POST ON THE MULTIPLE PLATFORMS AT ONE TIME. TO REPLY TO GOOGLE REVIEWS WITH AI IS VERY efficient. OVERALL JUST A GREAT PLATFORM TO USE FOR OUR BUSINESS. HELP MANAGE THINGS IN ONE SPOT.

REPLYING TO GOOGLE REVIEWS, ALLOWING PERSONAL MESSAGES.
Convenient and straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SOCi is the conveience. Through the calender I am able to pick what days I would like to post and the time. Also having the option to make the post vary by 5-10 minutes each time is a nice touch. Being able to pick my posting platform, adding a picture, and adding a description is very fast and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is not much to complain about. The only thing that I do not like is there is no way to access Instagram stories through it. I understand that Instagram stories are only daily, but being able to post through SOCi with instagram stories instead of having to go on the app would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping me keep organized for my social media posting. It allows me to post ahead of time, that way I don't have to come up something everyday. I can figure out all my postings for the week or month in one sitting. Easy and convenient.
