Marketing made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes marketing easy. While my background is in social media marketing, it can be time consuming. There are multi-platform options that reduce the time you'll spend on marketing so you can spend the rest of your time doing your job!
What do you dislike about the product?
No main dislikes! I need to get more involved with it, but right now it seems pretty straight forwad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time manageement for sure !

I can't say anything negative about the application at this point... I like it.

Easy way to automate some content
What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to automate some content in between intentional social media efforts. A useful extra tool in the toolbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Content can feel a bit "spammy", no local options, & not always optimized for individual platforms. But generally a great tool for what it is, great platform design overall. And also looks very professional!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping maintain consistent social presence and ease of cross-posting.
Posts relevant content
What do you like best about the product?
It auto-posts relevant content to our FB page every day. It's a great way to add some extra to our organic posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the posts get little to no engagement. Funny ones or ones that ask folks to drop an answer or comment below get a lot more. More need to be like that to foster engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It posts content every day and, since we don't post orgnically every day, it's helpful for filling in those gaps.
Makes Social Media Easy With SOCI
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to pre plan social media content and inserting for auto posting with captions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes content may fail to post and you have to manually go in and make the post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci has evolved since my frist intro to the product.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
All reviews are in one place. There is also a bot that helps you write reviews or at least give you an idea of what to write. I use it 2-3x a week as reviews come in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to take certain reviews off. Sometimes random people from Yelp review us, but there isn't really a way (at least that I am aware of) to help dispute the review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of the reviews are in one place, which makes it easier to see when reviews come through and also it is easier to respond to all of them without missing a review throughout different review platforms!
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Soci will simply post on all platforms that your business is signed up with Google, Facebook ect. I really enjoy that fact that Corporate can schedule things to post, but then in reasturant we are able to make it more personable with our posts, sharing pictures of celebrations, employees, ect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall I think Soci has is that you are not able to save in your login information, unlike many applications were you can save the credentails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really think that being able to post on localized social media is helping spread the word of new products, new promoations.
Website/service seems to work well
What do you like best about the product?
Economical platform. I do like that customers can schedule appointments via the site and we receive an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is cumbersome to make edits and it is unclear if those edits are live.
