Soci helps me manage my social accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Soci makes it easy to manage my online platforms. Takes some of the work out of it by writing responses to reviews so I do not have to. Gives me content that I do not have to create myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
would be more helpful it popped up on a daily or weekly basis and asked me to take care of things instead of me having to remember to go and do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives me content without me having to take the time to come up with it on my own.

Not user friendly. Social media platforms constantly disconnect

Great Product, easy to use tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I am able to link all of my social media accounts to one area and make one post for all the platforms. I normally log in Monday morning and set up all of my post for the week. SOCi intergrated all of the platforms with just a few clicks and their customer service group made setup and training a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have not found anything that I don't like about this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My time is very valuable and SOCi allows me to manage my social media in one spot, plan post in advance, and respond to reviews quickly.
Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
Makes handling multiple accounts very easy! I handle social media for 43 stores and almost everything I do can be handled right from the Soci dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could ban spam FB accounts across multiple pages. I have 43 stores that I manage social media accounts for. It would be nice if I could ban a user across multiple accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I can respond to Google Reviews quickly and easily. But the best part are the AI generated responses. 99% of the time, they are the perfect response from us and require very little (if any) altering.

the platform is intuitive and easy to use.

So far I have no negative comments on the use of the platform. I have to explore more of their options and make the most of what they have to offer.

The video guides were helpful. I'm not much of a fan of reading and retaining.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is it's training material and who actually likes more training material!

Simplified my day
What do you like best about the product?
For my purposes,I use SOCi as a one stop shop for my daily social posts. Instead of having to post on multiple different platforms, I am able to get my message out to all of them in one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I didn't know about this software sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi saves me at least an hour of time everyday. My time is valuable and I can't get it back once it's gone. SOCi helps me to be able to use my time more efficiently which in turn makes me more money
Simple tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple to use and to teach others how to use it

A few glitches like having to reconnect!

It is definitely helping with social media marketing and helping clients book travel.

THe upside is having all the information and clients in one spot with all different platforms and being able to have all of the information houses in one spot.

Often the app will show no reviews if they had been answered previously

It allows me to have all of my clients social media account under one app as well as different platforms and able to answer all different questions and reviews at one spot.
SOCI is very good at creating a one stop shop for managing listing and accounts for a business.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to to link social media and other listing accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the dashboard is hard to navigate.

SOCi allows us to assist franchises with making changes to their listings and gives them insights to how their listings perform.
