Convenient and straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SOCi is the conveience. Through the calender I am able to pick what days I would like to post and the time. Also having the option to make the post vary by 5-10 minutes each time is a nice touch. Being able to pick my posting platform, adding a picture, and adding a description is very fast and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is not much to complain about. The only thing that I do not like is there is no way to access Instagram stories through it. I understand that Instagram stories are only daily, but being able to post through SOCi with instagram stories instead of having to go on the app would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping me keep organized for my social media posting. It allows me to post ahead of time, that way I don't have to come up something everyday. I can figure out all my postings for the week or month in one sitting. Easy and convenient.

It is a very reliable platform to be so robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes loading times are slow. I also wish it was easier to explain to zees.

Load times can slow down the work flow. I also wish reporting was easier to consume.

Monitoring multiple social media platforms and aggregating it into one place. We also use it to respond to our Google reviews.
KEPT LISTING MY GOOGLE BUSINESS AS PERMANENTLY CLOSED
What do you like best about the product?
Have not had a positive experience working with SOCI!
What do you dislike about the product?
Has lost my Agency website multpiple times took over 3 months to rectify. Agency did not appear on searchs from parent site. From there controlled my Google My Business as well and kepot marking it as PERMANENTLY CLOSED! Great way to attract clients.

SOCI has created more problems than solved
