Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I only have to go through one platform to make business related posts. No more copy and paste, just open SOCi and it posts on everything
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any thing that I particularly dislike

I don't have to make marketing posts separately anymore

I love that Its very user friendly and easy to use. I love being able to take the time to schulde posts and then they are all done.

I dont really dislike anything. I really enjoy this app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me so much time. I spend less time going into our social media application to sechudle posts. I just go to Soci and its a one stop shop. I can schdule everything all at once for a month at a time.

Soci is a great way to schedule posts for all of our business social media pages. It's easy to navigate.

The automatic posts that spam our socials if we don't delete them

Soci is solving our problem of having to remember to post. Now we can set aside time to schedule everything for the next 2 weeks.

The interface is a little busy and can be confusing to find things

Makes it so simple to make multiple posts on different platforms at once.
Easy to use, helpful integrations!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is a great tool for businesses to schedule content to post automatically across multiple platforms. It takes away the manual aspect of trying to post something yourself on three or four different sites. It is a huge timesaver and a very handy platform! I login every day to make sure that posts are scheduled on time and ready to go. If there are any issues, support does a great job at answering questions in a timely manner. The implementation process and integration to multiple platforms is very simple and easy. We love SOCi!
What do you dislike about the product?
An opportunity would be to include Instagram stories in the same post area as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn - it would be nice to click this as an additional option rather than scheduling a separate post, but regardless this platform is so helpful!

Efficient and Simple!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been great for scheduling posts for our social media accounts. Very user friendly and easily navigatable. We have tried other platforms, and SOCi is by far the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
The website is not very visually appealing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love getting emails when we have received a review, and it is very helpful to be able to respond to those reviews right on the platform.

I love the convenience of it and the service. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed the transition with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes responses for reviews that need further review can take a little bit of time, but they are remedying this process.

I work with a smaller company so they maintain our social media and our reviews. Have been very useful!

nice social aggregator, allows scheduling posts across multiple platforms

a bit extraneous to navigate, sites tend to become unlinked and require maintenance too often
