Rebranding at its best
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can see all the brands and local marketing on SOCI

None as of the moment. It's user friendly.

We can monitor the engagment and would focus more on the best source of traffic.

One location to respond to all platforms.
Great platform & simple to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like it is not over complex. You can get a lot done without jumping through many hoops to link & publish content.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few of the platfrom links do not work such as twitter. It would be nice to add Pintrest. Also, some content is difficult to post when adding pdf's. It doesnt allow for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci saves time. It is awesome to plan out the adversting & have things scheduled to be posted. It's great for planning and saving time.

not sure, I don't understand what constitutes a "negative" by a FB messenger message.

It is great to have a hub to be able to manage all our listings in one place.

Long turn times on tickets and looking for more innovation with the platform/features.

Helping respond to reviews and local listings from one place more efficiently.
Makes multiple social posts easier to do
What do you like best about the product?
I can make a post that can be pushed out on all social platforms immediatly or at a later date and time of my chosing
What do you dislike about the product?
Soci does not have the ablity to post to multiple accounts of the same system. For example, I can not post on my business Facebook account and my personal Facebook account too

Posting to multiple Social sites
SOCI is a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
We love using SOCI to schedule our social media posts. It helped us plan out our month so that our customers were aware of all that we had to offer for each particular month. During our busy season and also over the holiday season, it feels wonderful to have all your posts scheduled and know we can keep being engaged with our audience.

I wish you had the ability to schedule Instagram stories using SOCI
