Makes it easy to stay on top of your social media posts
What do you like best about the product?
I predominantly use SOCI to schedule posts on my business Facebook and Instagram accounts. SOCI makes it extremely easy to schedule these posts. Because of this, my business's social media pages are up-to-date and active. It would be tough for us to post on social media without SOCI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't explored any other feature of SOCI apart from scheduling social media posts.
The only thing that I feel that can be improved in terms of scheduling posts is that, I wish SOCI allows me to schedule pictures and videos together in a single post. This isn't possible through SOCI right now, even though I can post videos and pictures together on Instagram in a single post.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Seamless Process
What do you like best about the product?
Setting it on auto-pilot. It very easy to use and was easy to setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
None for me. It works as it should. Customer support is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time and put all online review streams in one place.
Seamless Social Media Posting
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is very helpful because it enables the user to edit posts in their own voice and choose which social media platforms to post to - or even delete entirely if the content isn't relevant to an audience. SOCI replaces searching for hours for content and the need for paying for outside services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the content isn't relavent to my market - but that's okay! It's easy to rewrite posts in my voice or to not post it altogether.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI saves time and unnecessary effort so I can focus on doing my job, not managing social media content for hours every week.
I'd love to have full access as if I was literally working out of Facebook.

What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to use this platform as if I were actually logged into said social platform. I want to be able to like/follow business pages. I need tagging to be allowed even if we do not follow the business page/vice versa.

Easy to use Survey/ Review System for Residents
What do you like best about the product?
Reviews are sent directy to Resident Services which allows us to address issues directly.

Duplicate emails are sent for the same review at times.

Residents do not always directly express their concerns if they do not feel like the are "Imporant enough".
Seamless Intuitive Scheduling Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to view my scheduled calendar, add posts, edit posts, sync social media accounts across multiple platforms, and view post analytics. Being an entrepreneur requires you to be spread so thin, and sometimes social media can feel daunting to tackle. Soci makes it easy and achievable to have a strong social media presence without taking too much time away from other important tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still a fairly new user of Soci, so I have not come across flaws that cause me to dislike the platform, but I have been signing it's praises to anyone that will llisten :)

Soci is a one-stop shop to manage social media across multiple platforms. It save me time scheduling and posting so I can use those precious minutes providing additional service to my clients.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the scheduling tool. You can get several posts ready to go for the future in a short time. Really takes the pressure off getting posts out.

There is a LOT of information here, it's easy to get lost in this space.

The ablity to create several social media posts in a short amount of time and schedule them for future posting is great.
Such an easy platform to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to post to most of our social media accounts at once. It was easy to set up. It is also very easy to post the same content multiple times in order to give your customers a reminder. It is nice that it will link to Canva (which we use almost exclusively).
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to post to Google My Business (who doesn't use video or music) and TikTok (who requires video or music) at the same time, so it has to be done separately. Other than that, it is a lovely seamless system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analytics are fantastic! It also makes it so easy to post to multiple social media accounts at once. Scheduling the posts and uploading directly from Canva is a huge time saver.
Great Tool to Get Started
What do you like best about the product?
Works like a charm for scheduling across many agent and company socials. Excited to find more time to learn how to better use SoCi and integrate it into my process. I love that it takes away some of my workload as far as busy work. It gives me more time to be creative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something about the design is clunky to me. I would like if using SoCi was a little more intuitive, though that could just be stubbornness on my part. I feel there is room for improvement in the design and layout, and understanding how to navigate SoCi. The appeal of automated marketing falters a little when you have to study a site to learn to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with posting the same content across multiple pages in a timely manner. Monthly marketing automation for socials has improved immensely and our reach is growing.
