Great option for your business social media management.
What do you like best about the product?
They give you very detailed reports for every social media account associated with your business. The scheduling feature is the thing that I utilize the most frequently and would be lost without it. We also love that you can respond to all social media account comment from a centralized location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything to complain about as the service is straightforward and convient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci provides a centralized location for social media management saving us time.
I love to use this as it helps to navigate and market the business

We are able to log in with Soci and market the complex to draw more prospects and move ins and it has been very pleasant

it was hard to get log ins at first but once we got trained on it we love it

I love that I can make one post and cover multiple social media platforms at the same time. It is very easy to use too!

I really have nothing to complain about using SOCI.

It is letting us showcase our recent projects so our client see everything we produce!

It's pretty confusing to get it all figured out.

Saves time.
Pretty easy to use, but still some challenges

Its super convienent to be able to place several posts on various media sites without having to do them each individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I try to schedule advance posts, they always post immediately rather than when they are planned. This results in several posts at once for upcoming dates and events. You also have to log directly into IG to delete posts and cannot from the interface.

I can hit all my media platforms at one time
Content Could Use Some Work
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling platform is easy to use and be able to post content on multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The content! It is always never specific to the social media account and the property. DIY posts should not be recommended for apartment living social media content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our large amount of online reputation presense and helping get responses out in a timely manner.

Soci makes posting easier on all Social platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I can schedule all client's posts for the following week. This makes it easier when staff is on vacation or an emergency happens.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a blue, email, functions have an issue, but their support team is always there to assist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting for over 500 of our clients is difficult, and Soci made this so much more efficient. Client management for 500 clients, being able to devi them up across a team of 15, is very beneficial and easy to manage.
