Hands-Free Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
It makes cross-posting to multiple platforms easy and the ability to link multiple OC sources to the same channel is unique in my experience. Makes it easy to do daily posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is a little confusing and the lack of data collection on interactions leaves some to be desired. But that stuff can be found elsewhere so no big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to post to all the socials individually as well as making sure the marketing angles or corporate are being met at the same time. Synergy between divisions is nice.
Pretty Nice App
What do you like best about the product?
I like having the ability to automate my social media posts. It helps so much.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app can be more user firendly. Also gave me issues when trying to intergrate my Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI helps me build my social media presence.
SOCi is so easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see my marketing plans laid out on a calendar so I can see at a glance what's going on. And being able to click and drag a post from one date to another is super easy and very intuitive. Overall it's a very easy program to use and as a result I'm more motivated to use it since I know how much time it is ultimately saving me! I also love the dashboard with all the stats/engagement info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it's more an education issue for me but I'd like to know more about using hashtags w/in my post. Do they work like regular hashtags in IG for example? Maybe some training classes would be helpful--and they probably exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One post goes out on multiple platforms at one time--huge time savings!
SOCi is a very good tool for business owners to schedule and plan their social media calendar
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is very user-friendly. I can usually get what I need pretty quickly or find it just by clicking around. It's pretty intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any negatives at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a franchise coach and the platform helps me get owners to post on social media through multi channels more easily.
The most efficient way for our business social media marketing
What do you like best about the product?
We've been very happy since switching to Soci. It is easy to use and efficient for our daily social media and planning out our long-term social media marketing plans. It works way better than just using Meta and we like that it links all the platforms together, including Canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the connectivity seems basic but I'm sure over time they will keep improving on it. It's not a deterant and overall we enjoy using Soci.

We enjoy that all our socials and Canva are linked to make roling out our campaigns easy.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to schedule social media stragies over a variety of platforms at once.

I wish there where templates available for use to help generate more content.

I'm able to post to at least 4 different platforms all at once, which helps me save time.
Great partner for multiple locations
What do you like best about the product?
They act as a partner to help provide the best solumtions for us as a growing multiple location operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while the response time could be better.

Creating new locations listings and keeping them optimized.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use! I also love not thinking about how my Social Media pages!

Nothing. I like everything! SOCi is great i just wish personal accounts could use

It solves my whole social media problem. I really don't have to think about posting every day. I just sit down for a couple hours and I can schedule months at a time.
SOCi is a game changer for a 1 person marketing department!
What do you like best about the product?
With over 50 properties in our portfolio, SOCi makes it easier to keep an eye on our social media campaigns and monitor the sites to make sure they are posting often and on brand. SOCi is constantly evolving and truly listens to feedback to improve its product year after year. The customer service is top-notch and set up was a breeze. Our teams use SOCi daily and the reporting has been so helpful for myself as well as the Regional Team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish some of the organic posts were a little more apartment-focused and didn't get recycled.

SOCI helps me monitor 50 properties' social media platforms.
Good platform, very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I utilize the scheduler function the most. It is nice to be able to post the same post across various platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
LinkedIn only allows 1 photo when you post from the scheduler, but the native platform can post more than 10
