Great product, great service

What do you like best about the product?
The SOCi platform is easy to use and reliable. The level of service we get from the SOCi team is truly a white glove experience. The scalability of the product is also really impressive and we can plan out our roadmap in line with their features as we continue to grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be too much information/reports/dashboards at first but once you get familiar with it, then it's easy to parse out the data for the different executives/teams that may need to receive the reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We enjoy the one stop shop in order to update hours, provide localized guest experiences online and accuracy across multiple channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease of posting! Once everything is set up, it makes it so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the calendars were posted consistently. Also, I sometimes have techinal difficulties linking them to social networks, and it can freeze up a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting across several platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci streamlines all of my locations into one point so I can very easily at a glance see who is performing and who is not.
What do you dislike about the product?
It always reverts back to a year of data, when I would like it to be on previous day for stats or Month to date. I can probably find a setting to fix this though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
We haven't really had any issues with the product and on the few times we have, they're quick to get back to us with answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really can't think of much- there have been a few times where a social post failed to post, but that's more on the SM network side than on the SOCI side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily online reputation management/listening. It quickly notifies us about online comments and allows us to easily respond.

The dashboard is a huge help and the one on one treatment with Molly and Kelly is amazing

Nothing with Soci, but wish Google would get their Reporting Analytics figured out!

Can't post Facebook Events. Would be great to be able to post both FB and Google Events.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been very effective in responding to the reviews submitted by customers. Suggested responses are a great template to use before customizing the data to each specific location. It is very simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Login is somtimes finicky and needs to have additional steps taken to log on to respond to reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

SOCi makes it easy to schedule social media posts to all of my social media accounts at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there is anything I dislike about SOCi!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi saves me time by allowing me to schedule social media posts that will post to all of my accounts at once, saving me the time of having to go to each social media platform and post the same thing several times.
