SOCI makes it easy to manage our social reputation
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI makes it easy to manage our social reputatation online. It is great to be able to respond to reviews in one central place and the AI feature makes it even easier. Utilizing SOCI to push out social media posts to multiple platforms saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of a downside to using SOCI,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI allows to to respond to all out reviews in one place. Prior to SOCI, managing the multiple review sites is time consuming and hard to keep up with. Additionally, as part of a Franchise, SOCI makes it easy for our Franchisor to recommend social content that as a Franchisee I can opt to push out ot our platforms.

Helping me manage multiple locations

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to work with and the integrations for all platforms make it very easy to manage multiple locations!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. Everything that the platform has provided has been just what we needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps make multi-unit management so easy in comparison to other platforms! The more robust features with social media advertising and management make planning and strategizing a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are usually a couple options for me to post from each week. I use it a couple of times per month when I'm pressed for time so that's convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
the content isn't relevant to my businesss. It's hard to dog around through all the articles. I can't get it to connect to my Instagram accoutn for some reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I post ads on Facebook. I don't know what else it does.
Soci is a Reliable Timesaver
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is your 'one stop shop'. I love that I can get on and schedule social media posts to post at future dates, doing them in bulk saves so much from my daily to-do lists and it doesn't take long to create several posts. I far prefer the hour or two per couple of weeks! I am so greatful that every time someone interacts with my posts, leaves a review of our business or asks a question, Soci notifies me via email, and when I go to the dashboard to respond, Soci is so easy to use, I don't have to go hunt down the actual post in whichever platform to respond. I was not involved in the intial set up of the system, but I am sure that it's implememtation was as seamless and user friendly as the rest of the program is. I could not be more impressed with its feature and ease of use. My only complaint is that it can't make the rest of my job easier to navigate. Thank you Soci, you are certainly one of the best!

Ummm....I love it all! I have not encountered anything that is not super easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a platform to create multiple social media posts, and allows me to schedule them to post in the future. It also makes sure that I do not miss responding to any interactions or reviews.

I love that I am able to schedule multiple posts to go out for the month at one time. Saves a ton of time!

I feel like the interface/design could be better and more user friendly

Ease of automating social media posts that have been approved by company leadership.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A. One suggestion is to make it easier to share content that was made as an Instagram Grid post into an Instagram story. If there is a way to do this, I am not yet familiar with this,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not familiar with using social media for business purposes, and the calendar feature is great for this.
Bait and switch, terrible onboarding, gaps in the product
What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate the AI functionality included in the review responses. That is a handy tool that saves some time, but still has some opportunity to improve so that not all responses read the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media platform is terrible. If you have a multisite business across several time zones, skip SOCi. The onboarding experience was awful - they don't listen, ask questions, or attempt to meet your needs. Every answer is "no, we will submit that request for a product enhancement" when you have a basic need that was met by prior vendors. Our prior vendor did not work with Yelp! so it was an area that appealed to us about a potential switch to SOCi. We had had some difficulties setting up a corporate account and they told us they would assist in getting it rectified, but once we switched over told us we were on our own. The people are kind, the product is not meeting our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has not solved a problem for us yet. They e created problems that we didn't have. Our online reviews have dropped substantially.

More user friendly options to create pictures/post besides just Canva.

Makes it easy to update one post across all social media platforms and schedule future posts
New platform for us but getting used to it
What do you like best about the product?
Our company switched to using SOCi at the start of the year and it is super easy to use and post pre-approved content to our social media platforms that we have. It definately took some time to get used to it. The implementation of SOCi from our old platform went fairly smoothly. I would say I use the platform 1-2 times a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that we are unable to change on our websites without prior approval and changing content is a little tricky. The support team was very responsive but kind of a hassel to get the help we need right away. Would be nice if there was a chat feature with customer support
