I love the SmartBot and reporting functions.

What do you like best about the product?
As my title suggests, the convenince of having all of my SM sites, for all of my comunities in one place is a huge time savor!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to the program and understanding it's features, but I know the more I use & interact, the easier it will become as a user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timesavings- having all SM sources located on one platform!

none so far. everything is working as advertised.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduler is my favorite part! It keeps the creative flow coming without pressure to remember when to post. I can break out a posting session for the month ahead so I don't have to worry later whether I'm staying up to date with consistent engagement. It also helps with answering positive or negative feedback from other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Posting reels to Instagram and Facebook can be difficult at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying positive and negative feedback from followers, keeping us informed of what audience we are attracting and how to tailor more to them as well as engage others. Helping keep posts organized to stay on track with consistent engagement.

The simplicity in being able to respond to social reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of that i dislike, maybe no ability to save a response template of my own.

SOCI is solving our ability to connect with our cusotmers after their initial experienc in our retail locations.

How organized and easy it makes my job. I wish all of our properties used it.

I wish it created its own hashtags and connected easier with canva.

Replying to reviews with the AI tool is honestly a life saver.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, yet effective. Can post to several platforms in seconds and review the analytics to see which posts are reaching a larger audience to improve engagements and gain more attention/business!

SOCi has been great, nothing as of now!!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage all of my social media pages in one place!

They tend to have quite a bit of bugs and take a while to fix them.

Soci allows our team as well as our franchisees to manage all of their social media and listings through one platform making it easier!

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is very user friendly. I can schedule posts in advance so I don't have to create something everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I am unhappy with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows me to schedule posts in advance. This means I can set aside a little time each week to schedule post for the upcoming week so I don't have to remember to post things daily.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it easy to manage hundreds of listings in one place. We can give our franchise owners the power to 'own their business' online. The support team is very responsive and helpful. We're can always schedule meetings with the SOCi team whenever we need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few small issues with SOCi such as notifications that are inaccurate, unlinking of platforms, and the random error here and there. Overall, I've enjoyed SOCi and it's made my job a lot easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the problem of managing all of our listings. Instead of having to hunt through all of our platforms for specific pages to update, I can just log in to SOCI and make all of the updates there. Franchise owners can now take a more active role in managing their business online which takes extra tasks off my plate. We've had many owners concerned about our lack of SEO, and SOCi has solved this problem. This was a big pain point for our owners and we're gald SOCI could fix it.
