SOCI streamlines social media management, boosting online presence and accountability

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI has been an invaluable asset to our marketing efforts since we started using it in November 2023. As a Marketing Manager, I appreciate how efficiently and effectively it streamlines our social media and reputation management tasks across our entire portfolio. SOCI has significantly boosted our online presence and has also been essential in ensuring our on-site teams remain accountable. Its user-friendly interface and robust features have played a major role in helping us strengthen our online reputation and achieve our marketing objectives. SOCi is continually evolving, introducing new features and enhancements to their products. The addition of Genius has made a noticeable difference by reducing the workload for our teams, while still maintaining accountability for social media and reputation responsibilities. With the upcoming launch of Genius Agents, I am genuinely excited to see how these agents will take ownership of tasks and further ease the daily workload for both our teams and myself. Overseeing 37 locations as a single person, these kinds of tools are exactly what I seek in a vendor partnership.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 'Discovery' tab in SOCI doesn't offer engaging or industry-relevant content for us, and I find the SOCiGo mobile app to be underwhelming. Despite these issues, they are relatively minor when weighed against the platform's many advantages. Personally, I prefer using the website on my mobile device rather than the app, as it feels more straightforward. I am optimistic that the app will continue to be developed and see improvements in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI simplifies social media management, helping to maintain brand consistency while also effectively overseeing online reputation.

What do you like best about the product?
The SOCi team has always been very helpful and knowledgeable on the subjust of listing and reputation management. Whether I contact our representative directly or use their support system I receive a quick response that addresses my needs. SOCi also has plenty of tools so we can continue to grow with the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customers of my company can leverage the SOCi service through our franchise program. These business owners often do not understand what the service will do for them and the process to get connected can be combersome. The problem is not all on SOCi as Google has specific requirements for how listings have to be handled. Maybe more training and field representation would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi's position as Google partner allows them to offer the latest tools to strengthen the online presense of our stores.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci has made it so easy for me to quickly respond to reviews and manage responses with preformed templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything that I don't like about Soci.

Soci helps me respond in a more timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Single source for managing repetition and creating a single voice for organic social presents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't ready have any dislikes to say. At the franchise level, we have some slow addoption. My only wish is that they were a little more hands on with some of our larger groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has less down time that the other platform we moved from. They really helped with our social platform intigration.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about SOCi is how user friendly the dashboard is to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
If linking Google Business Profile could be easier process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to create users to the dashboard which lets them access and post on social media sites that are connected without having to individually share social media credentials to everyone.

Look and feel of dashboard, love the graphs.

Not super easy to navigate, difficult to setup and modify scheduled reporting.

Sometimes getting different platforms set up through SoCi can be challenging.

Not having to login to each platform individually. Setting up scheduled posts.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been very convenient to use so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have NOT liked so far, is the limitation of how many pictures you can attach to a post; I wish more pictures were able to be attached.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been great for getting our name and our face out there more!
