It's easy to manage the posts and the calendar view helps identify the dates the posts are coming and the graphs are useful.

It's hard to manage a group of clients and search for what they need to improve.

Help clients to post regularly and boost ads.

I love that SOCi let's me easily schedule things out for campaigns.

I wish SOCi had more detailed analytics.

SOCi helps me have everything set in one ideal location. It is super, super easy to use and doesn't need a long learning curve.

It contains all the platforms needed for my account and it's easy to use and reporting is easy to pull

I would like to see interest added as another social platform

Currently, it's solving to wchedule my post throughout all of the platforms in one space
SOCi Is a Must For My Business
What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCI for my website and social media. They make managing both of these marketing platforms easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any negatives from SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They make it easy to manage social media by providing approved content for me to post. It would take me forever to develope and post material to my social media. They make it thinkless.

Just taking some of the load off of my multitasking. Running a biz is hard and it helps to know I can count on Soci

Easy to use and keep track of metrics around posts.

Can't complain about anything regarding the platform.

Incredible software! Makes controlling multiple social pages and platforms a breeze.

Efficiently organizing our content, groups, and social pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of youtube support (I know that platform doesn't allow third party posting but some kind of support would be nice if possible ever).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us identify any inconsistencies across our network of Google business pages. It also has helped me schedule and send out consistent weekly social media content for our entire network. I have also been able to create groups that contain each page for each of our unique brands.

I can't think of anything to add here. Seems like a great program to me.

Our agents have local content about real estate posted on their behalf that they would never get around to posting themselves

Once set up it is very easy and convenient.

Set up was a little confusing at first with linking.

Brand reconignition and the presence of our products being represented without worry. A time saver to keep our name up front.
