SOCi is user friendly and very easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I ca schedule advertising when I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't connect ALL my social media accouts, only FB and Instagram.

SOCi is getting the information out to the general public about my Kumon Learning Center.
SOCi is an overall convenient platform.

I like the versatility within SOCi. SOCi has many features!

I think that some of the features could be more customizable and less glitchy.

SOCi provides a more efficient way to monitor social media engagement and reputation management. This benefits us as a multifamily property management company in many ways.

I like the customer service and the ease of use. There are so many ways to personalize our marketing.

Sometimes the posts reject or our pages unlink themselves. However, the customer service is always quick to fix the problem!

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive and allows us to manage our listings syndications, respond to reviews, create and publish social media content and more. The best part is creating custom roles for multiple users to be able to complete their daily tasks with ease. This platform has been great for streamlining a lot of our internal processes. Leveraging AI where possible has made SOCi stand out above other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think their custom reporting and notification system can be improved. There have been several listings bugs as well.

Streamlining multiple internal processes. Saving lots of time.

Scheduling of the posts is great! You can be on multiple platforms at once.
Soci for Lash business
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can schedule posts in advance. Especially stories, the last system we used at our business you could not schedule stories. I love how easy it is to use and navigate. I use it daily and never run into any issues. I've never had to contact support because it seems to always work fine and never have glitches or uses. I LOVEEEE the Ai feature for responding to reviews and also being able to see stats on our posts and socials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I think can be changed is providing the option to upload a watermark in the edit option. I don't particularly like having to upload the pic first to canva to add the watermark then re-upload to Soci. I think it would be a great option to be able to add the watermark directly from the edit feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being active on social media by being able to schedule posts as well as track analytics.
