What do you like best about the product?
The amazing help they offer! Not to mention the kindness!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Everything so far has been wonderful, and I wish I could refer SOCi to EVERYONE!

My lack of marketing knowledge! They help me see what needs to happen and stay on it.

Effortless Multi-Platform Content Management

What do you like best about the product?
I liked using SOCi because it allowed us to view content across all stations and platforms in a rollup format, which was really helpful for producing and sharing content at scale. It was beneficial being able to roll up the performance statistics of Facebook and X posts across numerous accounts. Additionally, the initial setup and onboarding of our platforms with SOCi were very smooth and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did run into issues with posting the same video content across multiple accounts. We were also unable to roll up stats from content that was not posted through SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used SOCi to cross-post with tags, reducing production time. It allows viewing content across all stations in a rollup format, enabling scaled content production and sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about SoCi was the training modules. They were well-structured, easy to follow, and actually practical. The modules broke down concepts clearly and gave real examples that made it easier to apply what we learned with confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the training content was repetitive and could have been more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the challenge of managing local social media and online presence at scale. By centralizing content, reviews, and engagement in one platform, it saves time and makes it easier to stay consistent and organized. This benefits me by streamlining my workflow, reducing manual work, and allowing me to focus more on strategy and quality rather than juggling multiple tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that SOCi saves me so much time with everything it does. I like the automatic posts feature because it helps me by scheduling posts for different days, which is a real time-saver. The initial setup of SOCi is very easy, which I found convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see how you can go in and edit those posts to a different brand or supplier.

What do you like best about the product?
All social media platforms and actions are easily accessible. Also love the proactive posting calendar

There is a lot of information and at first glance it can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Love being able to decide on social media posts in advance and then schedule in advance. Saves time.
I also love being able to access reviews and having the help of AI to help me provide a more polished response

What do you like best about the product?
I like SOCi because it saves me a lot of time on promotional marketing. I don't have to spend all my time doing promotional stuff, which means I can use my time better for booking people, calling my clients, and handling things that actually matter.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could say the platform isn't very user-friendly. I don't understand it very well, especially when I want to upload an asset and use it. It could definitely be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi saves me time by handling daily social media posts, freeing up my time for booking and client calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I find SOCi very easy to navigate and use, especially for reviewing customer feedback and responding quickly. I appreciate the ability to review customer comments at the click of a button and respond with either an AI-generated answer or my own. It's very simple to use, which is great for managing customer interactions efficiently. The usability of the portal and features like trends and the inbox are straightforward and beneficial. The initial setup was also very easy through our company's portal.
