I like SOCi for its intuitive user interface and the capability to monitor feedback and engagement efficiently. The platform helps me automate social media posts for my travel agency, making it easier to post consistently.

Perfect UX and Streamlined Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love SOCi for managing our social media presence, from posts to review replies. The app UX is as perfect as I can imagine! Sharing the same platform with other franchisees, we are able to share lessons learned and success stories, which enhances community engagement. I find the initial setup too easy, which is great.

SOCi manages our social media and consolidates review responses, making customer interaction central and shared learnings possible.
Hard to Navigate and Verify Reports Despite Strong Scheduling Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the calendar and pre-scheduling options my teams have access to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is a bit difficult to navigate without one on one training. It is also hard to verify the data on the reports and it often seems a bit off.

SoCi is helping my teams create content calendars.
SOCi Makes Social Media Management Easy and Time-Saving
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SOCi is how easy it makes managing my social media and online presence all in one place. I can schedule posts, respond to reviews, and keep track of engagement without jumping between multiple platforms. It saves me a lot of time and helps me stay consistent with my marketing, which is really important for running my travel business.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that it can take a little time to learn all the features when you first start using it. Since it offers so many tools, there can be a bit of a learning curve in the beginning. However, once you get familiar with the platform, it becomes much easier to navigate and manage everything efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps solve the problem of having to manage multiple social media platforms separately. Instead of logging into each account and posting individually, I’m able to schedule and manage everything in one place. This saves me a lot of time and helps me stay consistent with my marketing. It also makes it easier to monitor engagement and respond to reviews, which helps me stay connected with clients and continue growing my travel business.

SOCi is so helpful with keeping track of your social media engagements and reviews! They help us do better for our customers.

I wish they had a little more updated look.

SOCi is solving our problem of figuring out what big things our residents want. When they leave reviews, SOCi always notifies us so we can continue moving forward to please our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how SOCi makes the review response process easy and simple, taking away some of the mental gymnastics involved. It really assists in crafting responses efficiently. Additionally, I'm pleased with how seamlessly I can post to our social media, which has helped increase our engagement. It allows me to not think as much about the day-to-day tasks, letting me focus quickly on the items at hand and then move on to the next task.

I would love suggested SOCi social media posts.

I use SOCi to manage reviews and social media. It speeds up my responses to reviews, simplifies posting, and boosts engagement. It eases the mental load, allowing me to focus on tasks quickly and move on efficiently.
Clear Scheduling View for All Your Upcoming Social Posts
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can look at the schedule and see all the posts you have scheduled to post but also any upcoming posts that was from Facebook or X, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't discovered anything I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I wasn't sure what Ford would suggest to post on all of our social media platforms, plus Ford's Tool box was a mess trying to find art actually what to post for the month, but SOCi made it SO easy for me that I love it.
Integrated Solution That Effortlessly Shares Posts Across Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
It’s an integrated solution that lets me propagate a post across several platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
This product provides exactly what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a lot of time. Since it has a presence across five platforms, I only need to create one post that then gets replicated across all the platforms I’m subscribed to.
Saves Time by Taking the Repetitive Work Out of Posting
What do you like best about the product?
Takes the repetitive motion out of posting, rewards me with my time back!

I sometimes get frustrated with the limited imaging sizes.

Soci allows pre-planning and allows for additional postiing for random additional posts.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to manage my 100+ locations all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Came from Sprout Social and felt that they had better reporting features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have little bandwidth to post to 100+ Facebook/Google/etc. pages. SOCI's AI tools have been a huge help in allowing us to push frequent content out
