What do you like best about the product?
the opportunity to plan ahead and be organized
What do you dislike about the product?
it is not as user friendly as In hoped. Can only navigate after a webinar is held by smoothie king or else Im lost in my portal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
scheduling postings on social media so I can prepare ahead of time and not kick myself for forgetting to post on socials

What do you like best about the product?
This system is incredibly user friendly and very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times where the page loads, but has some sort of weird animation bounce to it that can be mildly distracting. Nothing major just a matter of preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi offers us a centralized place to be able to post content to multiple platforms and track the analytics in an easy and visually appealing way.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the way SOCi organizes the flow so I can use different scopes to review the information I need
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit of a learning curve to understand, maybe a step by step or "how to" for FAQ's would help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates a work space to head all of our reputation management work and that helps greatly reduce the amount of time it takes to complete this job.

Great Tool for Updating Business Info

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Listings feature of SOCI! I can update my business information on hundreds of listings website in a matter of seconds - hours, pricing, descriptions, photos, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still getting used to the Social feature of SOCI. I would like to see a feature that allows duplication of a post to start a new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to update our business information across multiple sites is such a time saver!

What do you like best about the product?
After trying out a different service for social media, I find that SOCI lays out all of its options, you don't have to dig to find out how to do something/where it is: this is due to its ease of access
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like more tools for customization. It's a very straightforward in terms of it's built in tools, not enough templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci makes it easy to create content for social media, I love it so much!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to post to multiple locations in one click. It covers all of our social media and allows us to work with our Corporate seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found any downsides to using SOCI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time from having to go to each site individually. Great analytics and ability to respond to Google reviews quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the little social media icons and the suggested posts / content that they provide to users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I wish there more options of content to choose from.

Allowing me to plan more social media posts in the future. Gives me content to post.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI generated google responses are clutch! They take away the anxiety and worry of saying the wrong thing. It's super easy to use - a simple insert and it's done! We use it on a daily basis to monitor our reviews and posting to our social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is clunky but the functionality is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel comfortable letting any of my staff respond to Google reviews using the AI responses. We also find the Social Media calendars a tremendous resource in providing creative and current info.
