soci makes our life easear and we do not need to worry about posting daly

Simplify your social media
What do you like best about the product?
I love SOCi for its one-stop shopping experience to manage our businesses social media. I use it to access corporate libraries, and post to Facebook and Instagram, as well as replying to comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to search for assert content. I have had a few issues responding to comments -- duplicate replies. They were promptly addressed by customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely more consistent posting and being able to batch amacheduke future posts! This enables me to work in weekly or monthly bursts and then monitor.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It posts to multiple sites and I only have to set up one post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot add a video or multiple pictures to a post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have increased our social media presence which is leading to quality leads and more reviews.

SOCi definitely helps our small business keep tabs on our social media presence that otherwise would have gone unnoticed to us
Social media made easy
What do you like best about the product?
I really love how I can schedule posts in SOCi across all our platforms instead of having to log in to each one individually. It is so nice to be able to schedule them out way ahead of time as well. I am a busy business owner and do not have time to manage my social media accounts every day. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not noticed anything that I think is missing from SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My only problem currently is not a SOCi problem but an Instagram problem. I am having trouble linking that account, but I am working on trying to get it fixed so that it will link back to SOCi properly.
Helpful scheduler
What do you like best about the product?
i enjoy scheduling posts into the future for both Instagram and Facebook.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that sometimes it gets disconnected from my social accounts, and I am not notified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting back time by scheduling the bulk of my social media posts in advance instead of constantly creating on the fly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always remember to update your passwords in SOCI when you update them on social media sites.
SOCi is great!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is a really helpful resource because it allows me to multi-manage all of my social media accounts at once. It's extremely helpful to be able to organize everything on one calendar and plan everything out in advance. Additionally, I really like how SOCi allows a single post to be posted on multiple different social media accounts at the same time. Furthermore, the ability to save old posts into "libraries" makes it swift and easy to find a past post. It also allows for the reuse of the post if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like about SOCi is the lack of an easily accessible "training" hub or directions related to how to use all of the functions that SOCi has to offer. I feel as though I'm not utilizing all of the benefits that come along with being a SOCi user, however, I am not sure where to go about to learn how to use all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using SOCi has allowed me to solve many problems. For starters, it's solved the issue I was previously facing regarding organization and account management. Allowing me to view all of my social media activity in one location has been life-saving. Additionally, SOCi's tracking of incoming reviews has saved me a tremendous amount of time that I would have otherwise had to spend jumping back and forth between different review sites. These benefits have allowed me to use my time more efficiently and have allowed me to focus on the content that I'm posting, rather than the frequency at which posts are going up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to utilize the "libraries" function. It's extraordinarily helpful to have all common content in one location.

Scheduling means everything is posted when we need it to be. The insights help keep us on track too
Soci makes managing my business accounts easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduling tool best, because it is easy to visually see where and when I am doing posts. I also enjoy the reports and feedback it gives me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to add several accounts for different brand pages under one dashboard. Maybe it's already available and I don't know about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now plan out my entire month of posts in one place, which is great.
