What do you like best about the product?
Posting across different platforms is convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes confusing how to post to Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm less reluctant to spend time on social media, which I hate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good tool when you don't have a lot of time to post across different platforms every day.

Not all sites are supported well. Sometimes sends out multiple posts. Can be difficult to customize

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Soci changes the size of photos to fit the media.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the images, calendars, and whatnot are set up is kind of clunky. Plus trying to post stuff to the calendar is hard if you are doing several posts at once but the calendar doesn't update to show what's already scheduled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes planning out our posts so easy

It really is a pretty good program for scheduling posts to several social medias.

What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app is so amazing for posting and viewing analytics on the go!
What do you dislike about the product?
The "drag to scroll chart" doesn't seem to work on the app. Perhaps just a bug somewhere...?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All social media comments can be accessed in ONE PLACE! It's almost like just having one social media account. The time and effort it saves is immesaureable.

What do you like best about the product?
This business is a good trailer and horrible movie. I regret ever being bamboozled to use SOCI services.
What do you dislike about the product?
EVERYTHING... what they say they can do is the complete opposite.
Lack of support with any tech issues. Promised needs that were never delivered and they're are extremely overpriced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Figuring out how I can get out of a contract when services that I signed for are not being delivered yet they refuse to part ways and keep billing us even when we are not using services anymore.

What do you like best about the product?
I think to have all outlets in one place is the most helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think its hard to follow up with user responses. I prefer to do this on the apps directly for that reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just not having to know 1 millon log ins its all grouped together which is helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, the ability to set up posts in advance, and how it enables us to be more responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides, to be honest. I feel like everything works as it should and is utterly seamless!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content, obviously, is important. SOCi makes that so effortless. Finding and responding to online reviews is essential and SOCi empowers us to do that in real time.
