Easy to Manage
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. SOCis design make it very easy to navigate. The way it is set up really helps us to determine what customers are noticing most about our offices.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular that I do not like about SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our social media problems have been solved with the help from SOCi.
The benefits are that it is just one site that all platforms are connected too instead of having to toggle between multiple accounts.

I love Soci!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to post on multiple social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little difficult to reach inside of the word count for certain socials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving my problem with forgetting to post with Soci's scheduling feature!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's amazing for organizing all of your social media needs!

Easy to use and able to pre-prepare posts

Sometimes a little confusing to find things, also the inability to post a reel of photos in one post.

being able to post scial media posts out of hours when best suited to audience.

Soci makes it easy for us to plan & schedule all of our facebook and instagram posts in one place. It's easy to use, efficient, and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes when it comes to Soci. It does everything we need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our staff is able to easily schedule & see all of our business posts in one place. I'm able to schedule for multiple locations at one time which saves us a ton of time.

I can schedule posts early and plan out posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The option to reuse an older post is gone. You cannot move an old post to a current or future day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are being able to schedule your posts. On busy months if you plan, you do not have to worry about managing social media.

It is easy to post on social media for my property and resident event.

Sometimes I get lost in the subsections of Soci.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post for my property and not having my personal social media attached to it. I get to keep mine private.
SOCi is great. I love being able to schedule one month at a time of my social media.

Scheduler tool. I also like being able to find events in my area on the calendar

Nothing comes to mind. I enjoy this software, as do our users!

So easy to create approved content for our users/franchisees. They are loving that they don't have to do it themselves.

Are you looking for a platform to easily share SM content across multiple locations? Want to fill a calendar with posts months in advance? Are you looking for a user-friendly platform? SOCi has it all!
