What do you like best about the product?
Excellent platform for integrating all social media accounts into one place; I love the scheduling features; I just schedule all of the posts and forget about social media for the month! I love that you can see when uses are most active, and the sentiment/comment section is awesome
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike, the only feature that I would like to see would be, copying the post from FB to IG and Google without creating new ones, maybe a copy and paste feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time! We save so much time by scheduling all of our posts ahead of time and not having to worry about posting every day. We save also save the hassle of going to multiple platforms to post. The interaction, sentiment, user demograhpic features are also a plus!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the amount of content provided and being able to schedule the post.

I wish I cancel and delete post from SOCI on Instagram after they've been posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to get post out quicker and easier

What do you like best about the product?
Email notifications are great. I could use more guided tutorials/help with the social features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it's not super intuitive as far as the Facebook responses/how to direct message someone who comments, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're staying on top of our Google reviews and Facebook responses. It's very helpful in that regard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've never used support, so some of these questions aren't relevant to me personally.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the analytical reports and being able to review what our competitors are doing. The ability to maintain our content library is an additional plus!
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to connect my own Canva account so I can manipulate content previously created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to create a weekly marketing report for my boss every Monday with current analytical information to show that we are hitting the mark with our social media content or to show where we should change our campaign.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci allows me to automatically publish my client and referral partner reviews across multiple online platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequent need to reconnect LinkedIn and Facebook. Inability to republish reviews that came in when disconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviews need to be "out there," or they don't count. Soci allows us to push reviews automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly SOCi is, I am able to do almost everything myself without having to submit a support ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to post to over 80 social media pages with the click of a button. It has saved me so much time and frustration.

What do you like best about the product?
Being a manager of a gym my time is very valuable. We use SOCI to assist in time management. Scheduling marketing posts to our social media pages is something that is very important to our business and SOCI allows us to keep up and stay consistent with our marketing post without using up our time as a business.
What do you dislike about the product?
We think that the interface can be a bit better. It's hard to follow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management is what SOCI has helped us with greatly. We have the chance to do advanced scheduling without taking time out our own club operation schedules.

Great Platform for managing your brand on multiple sites

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to use, being able to schedule posts ahead of time, and the ability to save posts. I love being able to set up posts weeks ahead of time and monitor multiple websites through one service. The plug-in they have for Canva is great as well. They even have a small calendar for suggested content monthly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the only flaws I can talk of is not being able to upload videos on all platforms through SoCi. I also wish that deleted posts would go into a trash bin and not just vanish, especially with the Canva integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling ahead is great. I can pick one day to plan out my week and not have to worry about it for the rest of the week. I love the suggested content calendar. Posting to multiple sites is great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to take control of your social media and post content easier SoCi is a game-changer. Extremely user-friendly, and definitely helps keep you organized.

Helpful for multiple locations on social media

What do you like best about the product?
It has some glitches, but if you're a company that has lots of locations, it's helpful to keep track of those in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram doesn't always play well with scheduling software, so you can't do multiple photos or Reels. I wouldn't hold that against SOCi though. You also can't respond to certain messages after 24 hours, but I also believe that's a Facebook issue and not an SOCi one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to approve or edit posts before they go live. It also lets us put multiple posts on similar platforms.
