SOCi is AWESOME!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the technology and tools that SOCi offers me! I really enjoy organizing and positing my social media posts on the platform they have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a calendar of my posts. Knowing when I have and don't have a scheduled post.

Great social media marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
Soci helps me create, track and monitor my social media marketing efforts. I love how I can manage everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Love it all and have no complaints with Soci.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to go to one place to handle all of my marketing efforts.
Timely and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
My posts with SOCi are always on time, always include information about offers and promotions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say that I dislike. The company is very reliable.

My business problems are timely posts on media. They do it for me.
Soci has made my social media life so much better!
What do you like best about the product?
Soci's dashboard is my favorite part! I love being able to see the whole month at a glance and see where I might have holes. However, I would love to have the different networks colored coded.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not love how the content libraries work and how when I upload photos I can't upload them to content libraries without making the post at the same time. I want to be able to upload a bunch of photos to specific libraries then go back week by week to program the post. having to even make dummy text and tags when adding to a library isn't ideal and I don't do it. I would love a redesign of the program, ascetically and functionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am now able to have things posted to all my social medial accounts with ease.
Best social media marketing tool out there. Keep up the good work!

Being able to connect with residents and future prospective redidents and getting our beautiful property out there. :)

I wouldn't say I like the template posts provided that include emojis. Emojis do not suit my client niche.

SO EASY TO USE
What do you like best about the product?
This program is so easy to use to post across multiple platforms. I like how simple and easy it makes life. I can plan all my posts in advance and choose which platforms each post will go to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the analytics were more in depth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to not have to worry about what to post everyday. I have more time and can schedule posts. This allows me to randomly post more fun information.

So far all good. Just learning all the capabilities and features.

I don't have a lot of time to develop content. I can now have social media presence with little work.

I love the ease of use and not having to do too much work because my work is my job and I don't need another one.

I don't see any downside except that it can't answer my calls for me. lol
