Great Experience with Soci
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is an incredibly user-friendly platform. I like how it lets you see a monthly view of your planned content and assists you in tracking engagement metrics across social media channels. It is a helpful tool for assessing the effectiveness of a social media strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Soci had an option that would allow you to delete posts across all channels. It can be taxing when a post needs to be removed to click through the post on every channel to make sure it has been deleted - especially if multiple posts are scheduled for that day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is helping me by keeping my social media management (content creation, analytic analyzation, etc.), online comments from consumers, and local listings information all in one convenient location. It save a significant amount of time to be able to have all of this in one place.

Soci is great for business needs while being extremely user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was a way to process posts without an approval but that is company specific for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci allows us to post multiple posts for the future without worry.

What do you like best about the product?
How Soci make social media marketing easy by connecting all social media outlets and allowing you to post once and it shares to all platforms. Also the pre-existing content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel like I got a whole lot of traction although I do understand that it takes time to build a good book of business to be able to have a steady stream of clients
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to post in most location with pre existing marketing templates built in to the platform that I have access to. I so like how it allows you to schedule your content.
Useful, but improvements can be made!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automated posting for multi-platforms. I appreciate the consistency it brings to our social media presence. I also enjoy the calendar and being able to plan our posts in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our Facebook will often be disconnected and requires a tech ticket to fix. Also, I would like for TikTok to be added as another social media platform as it is popular among our demographic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving a multi-posting problem by just posting to multiple accounts for us. This allows us to focus more on content creation and less on content posting.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of navigating through the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that we cannot delete reviews from SOCi that are inappropriate or inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides templates with convenient responses versus having to think of a reply.
The ease of use combined with the max output makes SOCI so valuable!!

Ease of use. I love how fast I can update and get my messaging out.

Really nothing. It has worked so well for my business.

I like that you can schedule posts. It's very helpful for time management.

I dislike that sometimes it seems like making a post on SOCi takes as much time as just posting on the actual platform.

The ability schedule post. The preplanned post made incase you forget to make post.

Getting seen by our residents. Giving off human qualities to the staff to encourage better relations w. residents and future residents.

Using Soci for my client has made everything super easy & organized. I highly recommend

I have not found any dislikes at this point. Right now I only utilize the scheduling tool

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is very user-friendly. Though it can handle complex tasks, it is easy enough for anyone to use.
The scheduler is by far my most used tool. Being able to select each platform to post on and having it know the peak times is a great feature.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if SOCi could automatically resize the images if they are too large. The crop feature right now does not crop it adequately enough. it cuts too much of the image off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of having to post on multiple sites. not having to be logged into a million different places is very helpful. It also provides decent analytics.
