What do you like best about the product?
It makes running my business easier on me. It helps me schedule social media posts, read and respond to reviews with auto generated responses, and more
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as user friendly on the app as I'd like it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplifies social media for me. As a person that is not very tech saavy, it helps simplify the process

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the resources are all in one place for posting on social media. I love that I can do it all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if we had access to posts to build enrollment straight from SOCi rather than having to use a separate service to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I don't have to find things to post and then navigate facebook's buisness page service, it's nice that its all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Preemptively scheduling social media posts is a great. Takes so much pressure off.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constantly having issues with posts not posting, and images and videos don't upload well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time to schedule posts

What do you like best about the product?
There are numerous options in the world of social media management but we get the best of all worlds with SOCi. Service, best in class platform, and regardless of our size, we feel important.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any critical feedback!! So far so awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management is critical, having tools that give me more time in my day is what I love about SOCi.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use even on a phone. The ability to upload in a heartbeat is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It is very good to use. I like it all.

Marketing new pictures of the property.

What do you like best about the product?
The option given to create a respond to the a negative or positive review are very professional and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using SOCi has been a very easy experience so far. I feel there is no down side using these ap so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping the reps to ask for feedback. It has improved our customr experience and also has brought more traffic to the store.

SOCI allows a full picture of the customer care needs of our organization across all social channels.

I wish the UX were more user friendly - hard to get immediately to reviews when I need to respond to a customer review quickly.
