Soci has made social media across multiple platforms much easier!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule posts across multiple platforms. Being able to schedule important posts months and weeks in advance. Helpful layouts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to use certain features like Instagram stories. Have to log in to IG to fully maximize certain features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us reach out through multiple platforms without having to individually log in to each platform. Easily allows us to add hashtags, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Innovative and very user friendly! The tools are easy to understand and use quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some bugs but every software system has bugs you run into eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's provides a synergistic point of use, simplifying my everyday social content creation and posting.

Love How Soci Combines My Business Social Media Platforms Into One Convenient Website

What do you like best about the product?
What I truly like best about Soci is that it combines all of my business social media platforms into one. My Real Estate Facebook page, Instagram page, and Linkedin are easily accessible. I love how it will automatically post on my Facebook and Instagram accounts so I dont have to take the time out of my day to do that myself. It is a life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about Soci is that navigating at first can be a little confusing. Also sometimes my social media platforms disconnect from Soci, so I have to log those back in occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is defintely benefiting my time management. Not having to create individual posts for each of my platforms is amazing. I'm saving so much time. I am getting traffic to my pages. I also like the reporting analytics on engagement and follower activity. It will tell me the health of my pages.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that all the reviews are shown in one place. It makes responding super simple. I also like that you can leave notes for other users to see that the person who left the review cannot see.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about SOCi. There are a lot of features I do not use but others might use more than me but that is not a bad thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is showing us areas we need to improve in and what our residents needs are.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how all platforms are available on one site and can be managed within one window. I like how reviews have response templates to help create a more genuine responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of any dislikes it is a great tool.

Capturing and responding to all reviews from all social media platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to post on several different business pages at once as well as on different forms of social media
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a learning curve and isn't easily editable if you need to change your messages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each of our locations has a unique brand and thus each have their own social media pages. Using SOCi I'm able to post on all 36+ brands at once with the same content.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me see an entire month of social media posts at one time, and that helps me structure my engagement to be most effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
There might be some tools I'm yet to get familiar with, but I am hoping to include reels and other Instagram features in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage my social media posts across a month, maximizing my time and effectiveness.
