What do you like best about the product?
It makes my job so much easier when it comes to scheduling posts! There's so many things I have to do on top of marketing and social media. SOCi has made it so I can have some room to breathe throughout the week! The community calendar has so many great premade posts to choose from and editing them is super easy. I tell everyone I meet that has social channels to look into SOCi!
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the only thing I can suggest is a tutorials tab in case you need a crash course in certain areas like ads or demographics and how to better utilize the tools SOCi already has inside SOCi that's easy to find. Especially for folks who are new to social media!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly scheduling my week! I do my best to make organic, original content as much as I can but sometimes that's not always possible. Having premade posts I can reference and edit makes my life so much easier. It also gives me ideas for posts I can make myself!

What do you like best about the product?
This social media management site has great support for their users, it is thorough and user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
It definitely has a learning curve to it, but it is the reason their training and support is so instrumental in making it a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great scheduling and the ability to seamlessly manage multiple profiles.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is a useful platform for businesses because everything is in one convenient place!!! I like to use the scheduler and plan my weekly posts because I know once I get that out of the way, it is one less thing for me to worry about the week!
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason, it has started to disconnect from some of our websites, not posting to IG, but I believe its just a glitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping because everyday I do not have to log into my social media and post. I can make all my weekly posts in one day and have faith that it will all work out.

The Canva embed feature could use for love and configuration on easier implementation. It's kind of funky right now.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the time saving aspect of being able to post to all my channels at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have concerns about the algo deprioritizing posts made through a 3rd party app and I have yet to be able to connect my insta account. I also see that the FB stats have been removed ?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving! Being able to schedule to FB and GMB at the same time for all 40 of my pages is HUGE. I also like being able to reply to reviews in one place. again, huge time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to able to see the analytics from every post we make, and it is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything works well for me, and I wouldn't change anything.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi's reputation management and listing tools are easy to use, reliable and allow for multi-location management to save our team time.

Our account representative at SOCi is phenomenal and is always looking for improvements for our company and account.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I have found SOCi to be a helpful tool in analyzing basic social media metrics such as engagement and reach, I think there is room for improvement regarding more comprehensive reporting. Specifically, it would be beneficial if the tool could provide more detailed insights into audience demographics, sentiment analysis, and content performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With numerous locations and complex location management, SOCi's platform takes a lot of the manual work off our plate and allows for easy listing management.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is a great tool for keeping all of your listing information managed in one place. We've been using SOCi for multiple locations of our company, and we're able to respond to Facebook comments and Google reviews for all locations in just one place. We can also manage our social post schedule easily, and choose from a library of post messages and images.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although we can see all of our listings and keep track of them in SOCi, it would be nice if it linked directly to how each listing appears (i.e., Bing, Apple, etc.) from within SOCi. Currently, we have to look each one up separately, outside of SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us keep all of our listings information for our multiple locations in one central location. We don't have to go to individual Google profiles, or other external places to update information such as store hours - it can all be handled easily in SOCi. It is also great for posting across your social media platforms from one central location.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been the best "one stop shop" tool for social media, reputation management, and listing management. The platform is fairly straightforward and user friendly, after utilizing the trainings and webinars. Great at a glance reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see an integration for Google Ads, as well as more customizability in the listing management options to push specific tracking phone numbers, emails, and website links to specific directories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI is solving the problems of managing the digital presence of multiple locations in a streamlined format. It is benefiting me by saving valuable time that was previously wasted by updated multiple listing directories.
