Best tool and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Its a platform that help us with multiple account and let us do MORE in LESS time, its so useful and practice. We love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's a lot of stuff and it can be overwhelming but our Custom Success Manager, John, its very kind and patient explain it to us EVERYTIME!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The multi-location mkt platforms, and the analytics are very complete and useful for us.
Easy to use platform.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and provides a simple solution to manage reviews, social media content, and responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to receive notifications when approval is needed from a manager's response. I log in daily to determine if I have any action items on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central location for all online reputation management sources.
SOCi is very nimble and keeps up to date with the latest trends, integrations, and SEO
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has always been very good at listening to any pain points that our business may have and doing what they can to fix them. They are very quick to listen to feedback and make changes based on that feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had nothing but good experiences with SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping us manage Social and SEO across almost 200 locations, creating landing pages and managing listings for all of those locations, and providing dashboards, data, and analysis to help us appear in search results for our key terms.
It is helpful but still we didn’t get to use its potencial

Provides good feedback, it shows quick notifications

We couldn't use its full potential yet, but the blame is on us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically we use SOCi to manage the response on our postings.
Very helpful for organizing social media, user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
You can do everything in one place! Post on most social media platforms, edit posts, respond to engagements, keeping it all on one website. Multiple users means you can see what your team is doing and make sure engagements are taken care of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the editing and posting is a little cumbersome. I'm part of a franchise so we have a ton of libraries of social media posts, which can be a little overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great to log in and see all your social media posts in one place, engagements, posts on different networks, etc. It saves time in my day and makes working as a team simpler.
Soci is my favorite work tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is my favorite work tool; it's very user-friendly. Time is money, and Soci saves time by allowing users to respond to reviews with pre-templated responses ensuring a professional response. I also enjoy the time it keeps by enabling users to post across multiple social media listings at the same time. This helps create a branded message across all formats. I would recommend Soci.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Soci.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci enables uses to address reputation management and post to social media in one platform; this saves times as the users does not have to go to several sites to management the workload.

What do you like best about the product?
it seems like they are always adding new features to the platform and providing reporting that is easy to read. Super easy platform to work in as well as the responsiveness of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly, there really is not a downside, the only thing i could think of is the API calls do push the info as fast as we would like sometimes but that is more on the directory listing and not them. they will quickly work to resolve the update once noticed

being able to manage from one platform and having the data housed in one place helps keep everything streamlined

SOCi simplifies and strengthens my social media presence in an efficient manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the less intuitive, the strategic placement of "how to" videos and webinars would jump start usage and the flexing of SOCi's muscles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting my brand voice out on channels and managing feedback in a timely manner. SOCi has cut my social media admin time +4x!
Fast and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to use multiple platforms in one software, making it easy to manage social media on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of this moment, I don't have any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI has minimized the time that it takes to market and manage our social media accounts so that we can focus on multiple tasks and increase performance.
SOCi is THE reputation management tool, period.
What do you like best about the product?
I love pretty much everything about SOCi, in my role I primarily use it for reputation management to get and respond to reviews from a variety of review sites for four brands under our company umbrella in one platform. It gives access to the entire team to stay on top of incoming reviews and has helped us increase engagement across the board!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's honestly hard to find a downside to SOCi. Due to review site api changes, some analytics do not export as they once did so implementing an update for that would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has helped us increase our engagement rate with reviews by over 100%. Their insightful business reviews give you actionable items to focus on to help you achieve your goals!
