Simple to navigate, easy to understand.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part for me is the available phrases to help build a meaningful reply for customer reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime review replies say the reply posted but then never show on Google Reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notifies me of recently posted reviews which allows me to respond in a timely manner. I can stay informed of customer feedback to help better our in store experience.
Limited functionality for modern brands
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it streamlines workflows for teams that may be all over in a multiple location enviroment and keeps brand consistency
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features such as uploading multiple pictures in instagram, posting reels or video content, creating carosels on Linkd in etc... Soci seems to be behind the times on mobile centric content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates brand consistency and elminates complicated workflows or multiple party emailing back and forth.
Great Website
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is oragnized so it's easy to sue and very user freiendly program. I love that they respond to reviews for you and the personalize the response.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly find it great that it's all in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rsponding to reviews and posting tools for each social media site all in one place.
Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpfull aspect of SOCi is the time that it saves me every single month. Time is our most valuable resource and SOCi saves a ton of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
My content is uploaded by my franchisor and lately I've had some issues with it being available. It's fixed now, but I'm not sure what the problem was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci solves the problem of navigatine Meta Suite which I constantly have issues with.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the homepage. It's easy to read and navigate. Love the engagement map. Just a general repository of creative and a calendar to push out content it works really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime it's a bit disorienting to try and navigate the site. The image libary section in particular seems like it could be better organized or there could be more tools available to sort and view photos in folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our franchise owners to opt into using national creative. Takes the worry and stress off of them to have to post regularly and create their own content as they can just "subscribe" to what we're doing.

Like the convince of managing all my profiles in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more socail media accounts were added to make it easy to manager. It would also be nice to make small edits to videos.

Assisting with posting on behalf of teams who are not able to at this time.
White glove service, great product
What do you like best about the product?
I like the teams I work with at SOCi. Everyone listens and responds quickly and provides enough information if a decision is needed. They assist with overall strategies and have a great platform that offers what I need to do easily and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues with SOCi at the moment. Sometimes there can be frustrations with third party sites, but it is on Google, Apple or Facebook/Meta. SOCi makes sure that they step in where needed so I'm not having to fight those battles with the other tech companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are able to update our external listings quickly and effectively. I no longer have to do the tedious work and they can step in and take the information from me and make it easy.
SOCI makes life simple
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is very beneficial because it makes reviews and seeing the store dashboard very easy to use. I can connect with all positive and negative reviews and see what my outliers are.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCI interface sometimes can get glitchy that is the only thing i do not like about the SOCI interface.

Scheduling Posts and being able to keep things very organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot schedule posts for stories on instagram.

Not forgetting to post when I get busy during the week.
Super convenient
What do you like best about the product?
I love how we can plan ahead and make all of the marketing and ads beforehand because during busy season it can be hard to come and physically make a post on the day of. Thank you SOCi!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only hinderance is the approval process. We have to be fast pace a lot of the times and sometimes things do not get approved and we miss the posting lol. Other than that it is great lol.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us a lot time scheduling these posts ahead of time as I mentioned before that we are in busy season so it can be hard to make posts the day of. That is the main benefit. And to see whats on schedule to be posted.
