Easy to manage multiple social media platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I like the social media/advertising manager part of it. It's easy to post on multiple media using SOCI. They have the feature to reply to the business reviews on your behalf but only downfall is that the replies are are generic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generic responses to the reviews for your business on Google.other than that I don't see any drawbacks. The team is responsive and you would not find any issues reaching out to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting on social media. We have multiple platforms and it was very difficult and time consuming to post on each of them individually, SOCI saves time by coordinating all the platforms under one roof.
Comprehensive tool to make my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can manage multiple aspects of my business from one convenient dashboard. It combines several related actionable items in one user friendly space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to delete content from all platforms if needed. I would also like to be able to post stories from the SOCi dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is allowing me to utilize all social media platforms in on convenient place but also helps me to monitor engagement and respond accordingly.
Easy All-in-One Access
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of SOCi is the dropdown that allows you to select locations so you can move from one stores reviews to another with the click of a button.
What I find to be the most helpful is the All-in-One inbox! You can see all review and reply in one area which is so easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of charts that I can definitely learn to take initiative to read but as of now, its the only thing I don't pay much attention to but takes up the most space. Though I will say, if I did use it, it would be helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi makes it so easy to reply to comments in a timely fashion with their email alerts that let you know when a review is ready for your response. Not only can you be notified, but they have auto responses for the nice reviews!
Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
The easy user interface makes it simple to navigate the site. Using pre-made responses helps with the simplicity of responding to reviews, both positive and negative.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could use some updating. It feels too compact, especially when looking at other users within the company. Other than that, it's all pretty user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for all of our guest reviews to be collected in one central location. Because of that, it allows us to not only have instant access, but it gives us ability to respond right away.

What do you like best about the product?
Accessibility, quick replies, organization of SOCi, and the way it rapidly responds back to whatever site a review may come from. Would definitely recommend this with other companies if I were to go to a different one
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unsure of soci downsides. I feel it works very well and does not give any issues. if I could say anything it would be to make sure we are getting notifications as soon as they come in vs days later
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with resolving escalations, understanding where a customer is coming from. It also helps in a positive way bring more customers into the store based off of good reviews.
Software friendly
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use it and you can push to all social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training section is difficult to understand if you are new to SOCI and want to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to post everyday. We use the scheduler and we are done for the month.
Extremely helpful, with few downsides!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi Staff have been incredible with helping us when we need it. The ability to have staff that is not just willing to help, but excited to help makes such a difference compared to other companies!
What do you dislike about the product?
The app on iOS & Andriod can be a bit confusing. If a spam message gets blocked we cannot see it even it. Which is helpful, but also makes us worried we're missing engagement with our Neighbors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy management for our social platforms, making marketing and communication helpful with our neighbors. Our productivity, engagement and communication with our neighbors has increased but triple the amount it used to be.
Experience with SOCi
What do you like best about the product?
The support team is probably my favorite part about the platform. They are very helpful.
The platform works well for what it is designed for. Large variety of platforms embedded for social media content scheduling. Works very well for local listings on Google.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think that some of the features/functionality feel limited. I think that for what the platform is meant for, it works fine, but would love to see a more robust suite of advanced features. One example is creating url ad cards with clickable images on Twitter doesn't seem possible in current post structure. This is one of the more common ways of posting links & CTA's on Twitter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The overall management of the program for listings is really helpful. With thousands of listings to manage, SOCi helps significantly with troubleshooting and management.

The only issue that I have encountered with Soci is that some reviews do not post to the sites until 24 hours later and not immediately

Soci helps us ensure that online reviews are responded to in a timely manner and our social media platforms are managed effectively

What do you like best about the product?
I like how there are pre loaded answers that make the replying process simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to get more human like replies not so robotic.
