Game Changer!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can schedule my posts - across multiple platforms - within Soci. Soci's end-user library is extensive and helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not entirely confident that I understand error messages when I encounter them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small business owner launching a business from the ground up, I understand how important a strong presence is across multiple platforms. Until I'm able to grow my team to include a Social Media Manager, I'm wearing ALL the hats. Soci is an incredible tool that affords users maximum efficiency and productivity!

What do you like best about the product?
It is so simple to respond to reviews and do tracking on how things are going. This is a platform that will truly help you improve your star rating and make your customers happy to hear from you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really stands out at this time. I am able to do exactly what I need, when I need to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no way to respond to customers before so they were just left hanging. Now we are responding, they are updating reviews and our star rating is going up!

What do you like best about the product?
Saves time when trying to manage all web browsers and keeps everything organized
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many dislikes, but maybe adding additional pre-generated responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time and making sure we are responding within a reasonable time frame.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is a powerful tool for companies with numerous locations; it allows for the management of information across platforms via a centralized location with a well-designed dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of onboarding and linking social sites can be challenging depending on the social media platforms and their functionality. We have had some issues with Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving inconsistencies across listing platforms, and the lack of responses to reviews on Google, in particular.

I love that they have created responses to answer reviews.

The reports are a little hard to understand all the breakdowns.

Pre-programming social media posts so we can just approve them,

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use AI and employees were helpful with instructions on how to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing in particular that I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to approve and disapprove other employees and provide templates making responding to customers fast and easy. We can oversee all of our locations with the simple AI structure that Soci has developed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is centralized. It makes it convenient to use and see everything across the board in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are too many numbers/engagements that seem to distract from the page. But also, can be good for specific data analysis... so it's not all bad
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all social media I need to post in one place. This allows me to schedule for the month in an easier manner instead of using multiple platforms to do a simple task.

I am able to keep track of my social media posts and there are automatic posts that are shared.

So far, there is nothing to dislike about the product.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easiness of being able to post on all platforms at once right within one application. I love the content libraries
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I would say about soci would be the initial startup when onboarding had a few kinks to work out.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Soci is userfriendly, and also offers their customers with the most up to date trends. It is a highly used product in our property. Soci offers wonderful visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that soci does, that I dislike. There are some things that would be nice to integrate such as a Canva option to connect to the social calandar for resident events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is nothing to report. It is a wonderful product to use. There are some things in Marketing that could be improved on, such as linking options to canva or poster my wall. I am happy using this product, and recomend it to anyone who is either new in marking online or experienced.
