What do you like best about the product?
That it's very straight forward and very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
There's alot of sections in SOCi that i feel like i neccessarily do not need to be successful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to respond to me customers who leave reviews for my store and it allows me to respond in a timely manner

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is very user friendly, easy to see the different statistics, and valuable data provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times I have difficulty cropping my photos to ensure a good fit with message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to post on social media and track users and comments.

What do you like best about the product?
Posting on behalf of your business without direct connection to your own account. The scheduled outline is great for upcoming posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitation on stories and reels when social media is pushing this direction over normal posts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall better scheduled postings so a good posting opportunity isn't missed in case things get busy

SOCi truly helps create more efficient approval processes for our team.

I can't think of anything I'd improve or change about SOCi at the moment.

It allows our brand to make sure that posts are on par with our standards.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to send several posts to Soci and have those scheduled to post in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd prefer there to be an option to pay Soci to create content altogether. The on site teams need to be allieviated of several tasks to focus on operations and sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is allowing our team to pre-select marketing posts on social media platforms for days in advance so that this task is completed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I get notified via the app when I get a review. It allowed me more immediate responses to my guests.

I especially like seeing the demographic information provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it will not have my credentials for automatic login, or use biometrics as an option instead of typing my credentials each time on the app.

Also, a little less clutter on the interface would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting to our customers. It slows is more immediate response to their comments and feedback. It allow shows us to post local offers per location.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can post to all social media platforms at once and it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to use once you get used to it. When starting out it can be difficult though.

Drawing in business. Helping us reach or customer base on more of a personal level.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the APP is super easy to use and lets me check my and reply to my store reviews realtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I really dis like yet. Its simple and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving me having the ability to quickly reply and connect ot my customers in a timely manner without the hassle of jumping through 100 hoops.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduled post feature is so convenient and great for saving time. I like the ability to reply to comments after the fact. The insights are also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've encountered is that sometimes posts need to be altered to properly fit on different platforms. There are also occasionally post/message delays but the are few and far between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main feature I love is the ability to aggregate posts/messages/reviews for multiple businesses/clients at once. The schedule posts feature is also extremely useful.
