User friendly, and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to link all social media accounts, and being able to schedule a post.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the tabs to get to different areas on soci are set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and preparing for events have become easier, and has allowed for a constant updated social page.

It is nice having almost everything you need for marketing in one platform.

It would be nice if maybe it was a little bit more user friendly/

I like the postings. I just don't get much involvement from people. I'm not sure what else to do.

It's been easy to navigate and use daily.

Everything is organized on the website and it's easy to navigate.

I dislike the overview section. I've never used it and don't seem to ever need it.

Quick and easy to use...Great product...I love how easy it is to navigate through and how you can schedule everything ahead of time.

SOCis interface is user friendly, and it is easy to gather data quickly.

The auto-responses still miss the mark most of the time.

Social Posting Doesn't Have To Be Stressful
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is the best program to use to have scheduled postings on social media. They make sure the post is consistent and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have not experienced anything that I disliked about SOCI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post to social without having to worry about it. It takes the stress away from our employees.
Super easy, friendly, Never forget to post again!

I can post for moths in advance if I want to. I can just take a few mins to schedule as many as I like and never have to forget again.!!!

I cannot get the surveys to go out, you are supposed to do full campaigns and I have to do them one by one which is time consuming. Make the bulk survey sending easier, please :)
