SOCi Does Not Disappoint
What do you like best about the product?
The multi-platform, one stop shop for posting and scheduling social media content saves so much time. This helps us be so much more efficient, and allowing us to approve content by our on-site managers makes sure our content is always high quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was a way to auto-resize graphics to accommodate the different platform dimensions within SOCi. Otherwise, I am very happy with the platform as a whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-site social media management and review management is game changing for us as a business. We have multiple locations, managers, and regions that we operate in, because of SOCi, we are able to manage them all from our corporate office while still giving the on-site teams the ability to easily contribute and upload content.
Great Product for Multi-Location Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
With over 500 locations SOCi makes it easy to maintain online consistency while providing an easy way to manage reviews no matter where they exist. With all of its features, SOCi saves hours of work from many people at our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've definitely had some bugs here and there that thave affected usage. That said, the support team has been very responsive and most issues have been fixed quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you've got multiple units, SOCi is a necessary platform. It makes multiple marking tasks easier, allowing more time for strategic initiatives to move the business forward.
User Friendly & Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to monitor all of our social media platforms in one place which saves me so much time! SOCi is so easy to use. My favorite feature is the scheduler. I can easily upload the content I creat and schedule post across platforms with a click of a button. Its nice that the software monitor peak posting times as well so I can be my posts are seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be more usable content in the discovery section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi simply saves me so much time in my work day.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that our store managers can manage their reviews based on what comes in on a daily basis. They get the notifications and can go in and respond to customers. As an admin I like that I can see what comes in from all locations in order to assist in the process
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the site has so much info and not enough of our employees are well informed or engaged on using it. It's a new platform and there is a learning curve

Ensures that each location is receiving their proper reviews from customers so it helps that one team does not have to do all the work to respond to what comes in
Difficult but useful
What do you like best about the product?
The consolidated metrics are extremely helpful. I don't have to dig in several areas to find the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't go live and answer questions in the moment. I lose that audience interation.

I solves company security problem but I didn't really have problems

What I like best about SOCi is the ease of use and all of the features built in, such as the scheduler, and multiple platforms for social media.

I don't dislike anything at all. SOCi is easy to use and has great features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps me manage and regulate my social media presence. I can schedule things and even develop a regular schedule for advertising.

It is easy to use and respond to reviews online.

It's not tied into our company login network. We need to use an outside app or site to access reviews.

Very convenient! One stop shop to manage many items and add social media posts in a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't submit stories for Instagram. I have added many posts, but don't know how to add to stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I schedule all the posts in advance so I don't have to worry about it for the rest of the month.
Amazing Services
What do you like best about the product?
How convenient and time-saving it is. All resources are in one place that allow all my platforms to not be missed. My engagement ratings are also viewable on the dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
The default times are usually set in the evening. I have to go in and change manually and sometimes it does not update. Also the repeat of postings not having a variety unless we post our own photos
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having go to go to each platform individually. This saves alot of time for both my team and I. Once we have completed our Soci posting in the morning we can move on to our next task
