SOCi is great for social media management across multiple platforms/clients!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has made sharing social calendars with our clients for their approval so much easier. We used to utilize word documents to share our content and images for clients to post, but now we can share them already scheduled and ready to go. It also makes clients' lives easier to share their own content aside from what we provide them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could clone content calendars so we could share the same calendar, with slight changes, to other clients. I also wish there was an option to have an employee of a client create content, that needs to be reviewed by the client, without having the double approvals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us manage all of the content we provide to our clients in one place, which helps people on our side be able to see all client calendars in one place.

SOCi is a generational tool that is impeccable in giving you the information needed to take your social media to the next level.

I do not dislike much, maybe just a little bit more information on how to run everything and how to use it

SOCi is really taking charge of the future of AI. There platform is amazing and as a company the features are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any feedback for this. I am very satisfied with SOCi
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficieny in AI capabilities and the continues support from my CSM and team.

It's efficency. I love the way you can schedule out posts and tailor them to all the media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of reliability at times. Sometimes it crashes and you have to wait for support, but it always comes evnetually.

Scheduling out posts in advance without having 1,000 logins.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is a great tool for scheduling out posts, and finding ways to improve upon social media. I love the reporting and analytics tab for insights!

I wish you could post stories on the platforms as well!

SOCi is giving our onsite teams a way to schedule out posts with ease, making their lives more efficient at work.

It is very user friendly, posts are easy to set up.

I wish it had a filter to not allow negative comments or reviews on our webpage from being posted.

I love that it allows us to generate post for more than one of our social media platforms without having to create a single post for each social media platform.

There is absolutely nothing that I dislike about SOCI. Everything is very straight to the point and easy to use.

We utilize SOCI daily to validate guest experiences
What do you like best about the product?
We use SOCI daily to track guest feedback, both positive and negative. We also use the feedback to make informed decisions based on guest preference, cost and ability to produce great results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I typically give a 90 day range for my reviews and it'd be nice if the parameters were not set to start at the 1st of every month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better, more consistent dining experiences. It assists us in identifying stop gaps and teachable, coachable moments for our hourly and salary team members.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create ads on a whim using branded files, without needing to gather the materials manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! The interface is easy to use. A tutorial for new users may be helpful.

Used to have time constraints and creating social media adds was time consuming. Now it takes very little time, and it is much more effective!
