So much more manageable
What do you like best about the product?
When we need to manage our social media and reviews it is nice to be able to have this in one place. Being able to schedule in advance is a wonderful feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a bit to learn. I feel like there needs to be additional training on a regular basis or PDF for the information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media outreach is always a struggle but SOCi offering the prescheduling and in one place has assisted the ability to post more.

It does not send the manager a quick response when first get a review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responding quickly to reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes managing my company's social media platforms easy and efficient. I love the canned review responses. It saves me so much time trying to think about what to say.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been able to get the paid ads to work for Facebook. We have tried multiple times with both SOCi, Ace, and Facebook but cannot get them all on the same page .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps me stay on track and plan for upcoming marketing campaigns. I like that I have access to Ace's libraries and that I can share my own with my team.
SOCi makes it easy and accessible to create and upload content using multiple platforms at once.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that SOCi allows you to post content to multiple platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCI does not have any bugs or inconveniences that I have come across so far and I use SOCI all the time

SOCi allows my property to post all types of information across our social media platforms easily
Convenient and Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. It's convenient to work on all in one central location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not integrate with all sites. We've not been able to connect to Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to complete multiple tasks without going to multiple sites and remember mulitple passwords.
Soci makes it so easy to create and schedule localized content across our franchise brand.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of the platform is the ability to localize content efficiently. Before using Soci, we would create tailored posts manually for each of our franchise brands, which took so much time and coordination. But with Soci, we can create a single post and tailor it with our franchisee's phone number, website, location, and more. So, we post once but get the benefits of complete localization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been working with the Soci platform for about 3 years now, and there are some settings that I still don't know where to find. A big part of that is me just not having explored other areas of the platform. But luckily, they have a great support team help library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is helping our franchise brand manage social media. We can schedule posts across our 50+ franchise locations with a single click. Soci is also helping us track, manage, and respond to reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has greatly improved the discoverability of our stores, and working with the team is a seamless process. I can always depend on SOCi to accurately list our stores.
What do you dislike about the product?
Google sometimes automatically creates GMBs, and there have been instances where automatically created GMBs have gone live before the stores open. This leads to customer confusion.

SOCi is solving the problem of customers trying to figure out how to get to our stores/

I am still figuring out an easy way to respond to comments using the app.

It saves me time so I am not having to create multiple posts on multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The client I use with Soci is a franchise so there is lots of great content loaded in by their corporate team. Soci gives me the ability to view the entire month calendar and see what's scheduled and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have a difficult time searching for a certain asset when I'm not sure which library of content it's housed in, I struggle to search them all instead of one at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is solving the problem of having to jump between downloading pics from an asset manager, then uploading them separately to Facebook, Instagram, etc. - instead I'm able to house assets in Soci AND schedule directly.
SOCi is a great place to consolidate all of your Google Business Accounts easily.
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is seeing all the reviews in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
The transition from Brandify to SOCi was difficult and confusing for us.
