So Easy!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the level of engagement. We do not have the staff currently to keep our social media presence and engagement up to par, so this helps us to stay active with the residents in our community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! I have not seen anything that could be improved upon, based on what we use in this office. Other properties use other features but for our purposes it is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of communication with office staff (due to lack of staffing) has improved and the residents are happier in return. Yes, we are more productive, and performance has increased.

Excellent product!

Being able to set and forget posts. Makes social media posting easier

Nothing! It is a great way to utilize several platforms at once

Making sure there are multiple posts a week on IG and FB

This is a great place to post on multiple platforms and schedule posts in advance

Being able to streamline the process of posting on social and managing reputation across multiple sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably one of my dislikes would be not being able to post to snapchat on the platform.

Setting up social posting calendars and approvals.

The Calendar layout for my posting, its great.

Occasional lagging, but that's minimal at best

Having to go between multiple platforms can be difficult. Posting all in one place simplifies my job!

I don't have any complaints as of now. All aspects work properly.

We are using SOCi to auto-post on our properties social media pages. This is a great time saver for our teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The way the system layout let's you view the whole month is amazing. Let's you quick drop temples and old post back in.

To a me a good app would be the only the thing to Change

What do you like best about the product?
Posts are professional and I like not having to keep up with individual posts each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only once, the grammar was not correct. It was an easy fix and I just deleted the post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi saves me time and my clients enjoy watching the videos.
