Good platform for managing multiple businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use as the dashboard is laid out very well
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing that I have found. Even the alerts come real time which is very important!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our reputation efficiently over multiple businesses is what this platform is helping to solve. Real-time alerts is a big benefit

What do you like best about the product?
They keep all my social media in one place - so easy to use. And the summaries are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about here. Any issues are with me as a user, being unfamiliar with the workings of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not very familiar with social media and they helped make it easy for me to see everything I needed at a glance. It helped me feel comfortable.

Still trying to figure out the libraries and how to store photos for future use.

I love the scheduling feature. I can plan my whole year out if I want to.

This product is great for managing multiple social media accounts. This product also monitors engagement and is easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage social media and reviews in one place. Also able to monitor how we do compared to our competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides, but on "sentiment" it shows some positive words as neutral or negative. It would be helpful somehow it didn't automatically mark them and/or allow us to review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us get a better handle on our reviews and learn our target market. It has helped us more more efficiently.

Pretty easy to use, and great for small and larger businesses.

I love the insights page and being able to see stats across multiple social media platforms

I feel like it is sometimes hard to find what I want in the libraries. I also do not know how to use a lot of the features within Soci and am not aware of any tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am pulling images from Soci and using them to make more professional-looking marketing items

The populated review responses always need to be revised it acts like the response is going to a guest, not a resident.

What do you like best about the product?
The content that is available to use for posts is diverse and convenient. The ability to post to several social platforms at the same time makes it very efficient and saves me time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to post direct to sites without uploading photos is cumbersome. It would be nice to be able to have logins to post through SOCi using a more streamlined instant posting tool.

Social media posting in an efficient and convenient manner. This allows us to connect with residents and community partners to retain residents and build connections in the area.
